Pulled into the drive thru to make a simple order. 2 plain bagels, toasted, 1 w/plain cream cheese, 1 w/veggie cream cheese. Service was relatively quick, person working the window was pleasant enough. Got home, I have 1 bagel, toasted w/veggie cream cheese, and 1 plain bagel, not even sliced, much less toasted, and had zero cream cheese. Of course, this one was my wife's and she was pretty disappointed. I just don't understand what was difficult about this, but I've never really received great service/food from this location, especially the drive thru.

i used to work here up until a month ago and all the reviews are very accurate. the store is disgusting and the management is even worse. some workers are bad but most are overworked, underpaid and constantly stressed out. they dont give breaks at all not even a paid 15. when you see someone sitting down they’re genuinely tired. managers like jennifer just sit in the office all day or take 6 smoke breaks outside in one shift and give no help even at our busiest times. i personally am a full time college student and they were more than aware of that. i was getting paid $13 while working at 3:30am, 4am and whatever other shift they threw my way. when i went back to school after taking a semester off they got mad because i said my availability was changing even though they had asked to know if anyone’s availability was going to change the day before. they were just mad that i wasn’t available at their beck and call. please realize the good workers that work here and cut them some slack. they are doing their best to make a income while being paid below a livable wage that dunkin continuously refuses to raise.

Office is very close to this location so very convenient; used to go 6 days a week in the mornings and did about $75 a week in business with them...$300 month! No more. Stopped by about a week ago and ordered $21.00 worth of food & drink, got to the window only for them to tell me they would not take my $50 dollar bill. I asked the girl to please ask her manager as I was a regular and she said her manager just turned another customer away for the same thing. Surfside....wake up....you are losing money, losing customers. I was in the retail business for many years and this location is totally dysfunctional. I now go to Krispy Kreme.....they want my business....and will take my money.

Funny how the only time you'll see a manager there is when they're over staffed, and they ain't doing anything but complaining about things that don't matter, but when they are short staffed, no management to be seen. Management should ALWAYS be there to fill in. Sad because this is the ONLY good crew in Fort myers, but I bet management will destroy this store. Just like the one on McGregor.

It is a college. However, girl was stuffing her face behind the counter and apparently no one, the staff, management, or her parents failed to explain manners and work place etiquette. They may have failed her, but I will NOT. Where it became an issue, was when food feel out her mouth as she took my order. OMFG! Then messed up half my order… maybe because she could hear over her chewing. Mouth open non the less. I forever, will no long use this location for any service.

Without a doubt the worst Dunkin on the planet. They can’t keep a manager and opening occurs anywhere from 5:00am-6:30. Inconsistent. Still have the damaged sign from Hurricane Ian. Staffing is problematic in this post COVID world. I have never seen the owners there. They seem content to keep delivering bad service assuming we will just keep coming. We have been loyal first thing customers since they opened. No more. I will drive the extra miles.But the owners do consistently raise the prices! Winning formula, bad service and high prices.

I asked for a white chocolate swirl and they gave me mocha and by the time I got to work, I didn’t even notice because I was in such a rush. Also, the coffee taste burnt and every time I try to call up there I got no answer and there was no way to speak to a manager. Also, there was a Caucasian lady with long nails and red curly hair, an older woman who had terrible customer service in the drive-thru. By far worst Dunkin’ to go to , to bad it’s the closet to my house. Hate it

The girl with red corn row braids gave me the utmost attitude when I asked her to remake my cold brew because they incorrectly took my order. I repeated myself 3 times and she wanted to charge me extra for her mistake. Every time I come to this Dunkin all the workers have the most attitude. I was a former Dunkin employee and their customer service would not slide with the district manager. I hope to see a change in the future.
