“I had written a negative review and wanted to change it since my experience has changed. I work in the area and this is the closest coffee spot to my office. I avoided coming here because of their inconsistent food and lackluster service but things have changed. Must be under new management because the service is consistently good and my breakfast orders are correct, hot and as ordered.“

It's a smaller Dunkin, as it primarily operates as a drive-through service location, though you are still welcome to enter and place an order at the counter.
I placed my mobile order and walked in to pick it up. I just wish there was more of a greeting IE: a simple, good morning, as you walk in. Just feel like they're NOT happy to do their job. DOWN RIGHT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. I've been to many other Dunkin locations, were I do get a good morning greeting from the employees, but not at this location.
I think the lack of face to face interactions with customers since this location is a mostly drive through. They don't know how to interact with people face to face.
