“Bohemianism, a social and cultural movement that has, at its core, an avoidance of society's conventional norms and expectations, perfectly sums up this wonderful restaurant and cocktail bar in Bonita Springs. The culinary emphasis at The Bohemian is a sharing style menu with global influences. Using a Florida hardwood oak grill and locally sourced seasonal ingredients, dishes are freshly prepared by talented chef and owner Brandon Schewe and served when ready. We had stopped by for some amazing “Eye Openers and Proper Beginnings” at the Boho Bar. Using herbs and shrubs cultivated from the organic rooftop garden, the “It’s a Rich Life” with one of our favourite Monkey Shoulder scotches and a hint of mezcal, was an absolute winner, as was the tequila based “Blood and Passion”, sparky with jalapeño and lime. But as for the food? One word…Sublime. Starting with the Caramelized Stonefruit Burrata with Field Greens, Saba Reduction, Olive Oil, Onion Ash, and Sourdough, then a Warm Crab & Lobster Jar with Herbed Citrus Butter, Mango, and Grilled Bread, and finally Sweet Pig Buns with House Kim Chi and Gochujang. We then ordered the pescatarian paradise that was the Royale Tower, an extravaganza of Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, Seasonal Crab, Ceviche, and Lobster Meat. And the Aged Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks were perfectly pink, with the most incredible sides of Japanese Sweet Potato , Caramelized Baby Bok Choy & Okonomiyaki Sauce. The Bohemian’s mantra is that good food is meant to be shared, and when it’s as fantastic as this, it’s impossible not to wax lyrical about this deliciously unconventional and delightfully eclectic cuisine.”

Loved the homemade pasta and sauces. The only surprise was that they only serve beer and wine only, no cocktails. We had a great bottle of wine! We'll be back!”

“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Every time I come to the Ft.Myers/Naples/Bonita Springs area I always have dinner at Angelina’s! From the moment I pull up, the experience is top notch, starting with the valet guy who opens my door and never stops running from the moment he parks my car to the moment he brings it back at the end of the night. Most impressive is that he remembers my name without me having to tell him. Next, as I enter the restaurant, I am greeted by a friendly, smiling hostess and then immediately see the 3 story wine tower and hear the piano playing in the bar area. The atmosphere is beautiful…dark, quiet and romantic…perfect for any type of gathering! The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable! I have never felt rushed and my servers have always been amazing. This time my server was Nicole….she was friendly, polite and professional. She truly took care of my every need! I can’t say enough about this place…definitely two thumbs up!!”

“We just ate at this cute little place. They are very clean and the people are friendly and efficient. I had the Chicken Parm dinner, chicken was tender and the marinara sauce was delicious. He had a classic Gyro and that was absolutely delicious. Recommendation for this cute place is 5 star!”

The owner was incredibly nice and the beach view from their outside seating area was lovely. I only wish I had found them earlier in my trip!”

Unfortunately our waiter was soft spoken and we had to ask him to repeat everything several times. He even had to move around the table so everyone could hear him. By the way , we only had a 4top. Maybe specials in writing would help with the constant yelling. But , the food was great .”
“Very nice atmosphere. There is outdoor seating. Service is very professional. The food is fantastic. It's one of those places you would like to go back to until you've tried everything on the menu. I had the ground lamb kebab served with grilled vegetables and a cucumber salad and a very delicious garlic tahini, the dish was fabulous. I'd recommend ordering a side pita bread to go with it. They have dinner features not on the menu every night, in which my wife had the lobster ravioli with a brandy blush sauce and she raved about it. They are only open for dinner. Don't miss out on this place.”

“I truly enjoyed this place. The owner welcomes as you enter with a huge smile and positive energy. She was helpful in explaining the various dishes. We had their sample appetizer which consisted of dalmas, falafel, pita, hummus, ganoush, and tirokafteri. I never had dalmas and tirokafteri. It was a great way to start. The wife enjoyed a beef gyro and I had the chicken. We enjoyed the baklava for dessert. We will go back.”

We arrived ahead of our party and sat at the bar for a drink and were greeted so warmly by the staff, served quickly while she chatted amiably with us. Once our friends arrived we were seated outside to enjoy the warmth of the evening. Our waiter Bill, shared the specials with us with a smile and humor. Our friends who have been here before requested Bill because he is fun and chatty. The food was fabulous fresh and so tasty. Mare Terra is a bit hidden off of Rt 41 but it's so worth going. Ask for Bill and you'll have great service and a wonderful evening out. A singer was inside and sounded really lovely when we passed through the restaurant but we couldn't hear her outdoors. Plenty of parking.”
“Sunday night at 5:30 in early April. We accompanied friends who drove and understood the deal regarding valet parking. We waited a good 15 minutes on the street just to get in the parking lot. I have to say the 2 valet guys stole the show. Super organized and kept great tabs on who got in and in what order. Definitely worth a good tip. We were seated fast upstairs as we requested. We waited 10 minutes for server to come to the table. The drinks did come fast though; the bartenders were very efficient. My clam chowder was served first and it was ok. The pizza and shrimp tacos were very good but the chicken tenders were a little overly cooked crispy. We waited a good 10-15 for our check. Beautiful setting on the beach which other than the valets was a huge plus. I will continue to come to Docs.”
“We had heard a lot about this restaurant and we’re so excited to go. We were greeted warmly and our service through out the dinner was fantastic. Our steaks were good, unfortunately they did not stand out above steaks we’ve had at Connor Steak and Seafood or even Longhorn’s. We also ordered the lobster soup/bisque which was very disappointing. Two dime size pieces of lobster in about a half cup of thin broth, $17 bowl-ridiculous. We each had a Caesar salad with croutons, crispy and tasty still nothing extra. Dessert was delicious Key Lime Pie this was excellent, great crust, consistency and sweet-tartness, loved it!”

Lacy was our server and did an IMPECCABLE job in describing the menu, discount offerings, and wine suggestions. From start to finish she was extremely attentive, made sure not to rush us (they were completely packed), and was a joy to see waltzing over to our table when she did. “I normally don't leave reviews but I think they made some changes after the renovation because omg the service was one of the best we've ever experienced! Especially Nicole-- she was just the sweetest and most caring server ever. My mom absolutely loved her attentiveness and quality of service and she kept asking to come back to eat here just for her! The food was surprisingly great honestly!! Really fresh seafood and great flavor. Cocktails were strong and good. Vibes were great. Highly recommend!! Our favorites were the calamari and salmon. “I have been hearing about this place for a while. Finally had some down time and was enjoying a day with my wife just out doing nothing in particular. We decided to go and see for ourselves. Let me tell you they DID NOT disappoint at all. The server was great sorry don't remember her name. And the food holy schykees it was phenomenal. Started out with the Tot Bombs I believe is what they are called. The remoulade sauce was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I had the grouper basket and she had the seafood basket. The grouper was fresh and lightly breaded and cooked to PERFECTION. The seafood basket had a very healthy portion of Grouper.. Scallops... And shrimp all perfectly prepared. We will definitely be going back again and again and.... Well you get the point”
“Roy's Hawiian Happy Hour is one the " BEST VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY " in Bonita Springsin my opinion. I have included pictures of the Happy Hour menu Drinks and Bar Bites appetizers. Billy was our server she was good in recommending ? ? drinks and appetizers and attentive to her customers needs. During the "SEASON " Dec - April I recommend getting there by 3:15 because it gets full very ?♀️ fast ?♂️ ?. Happy Hour is from 3:30 pm to 6 pm daily ON THURSDAY its all evening Happy Hour. JACOB was our food runner he is polite and friendly.”

They're building something next to it so it may become busier, or end up with more parking not sure yet!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! All booths and one row of high seats right where they cook. They did have highchairs too when we visited and a working jukebox!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking spots.”

“Delicious!! After my 3rd visit I can confirm this is a new hidden gem! The food was amazing, from the mussels and calamari appetizers to the bolognese and veal francese entrees everything has consistently been amazing. This time we ended with the rice pudding, my mouth is still watering!!They also have a really unique cocktail list that I will happily be revisiting soon!We were fortunate enough to meet the owners, Omar and Ali. It is clear why these two went into the business! Their food and service speak for themselves, but these two gentlemen could not have been more hospitable. “Was there today and was enjoying our meal. Becasue of my hubby being in a wheelchair if he needs the restroom I have to accompany him. Well, he needed to use the restroom and we were about half way through our meal. I told the gentleman seating patrons we would be right back and when we came back I was sadly disappointed. I understand our waitress told the buspeople not to touch our food they took our drinks and chips and salsa. Somehow our food was all that was left. I had wanted to munch on a few more of the chips while hubby finished his meal but no such luck. Because of this hubby decided not to eat any more of his meal. I would think they could have offered us some chips and salsa to go, but all we got was NOTHING. The culinary emphasis at The Bohemian is a sharing style menu with global influences. Using a Florida hardwood oak grill and locally sourced seasonal ingredients, dishes are freshly prepared by talented chef and owner Brandon Schewe and served when ready. We had stopped by for some amazing “Eye Openers and Proper Beginnings” at the Boho Bar. Using herbs and shrubs cultivated from the organic rooftop garden, the “It’s a Rich Life” with one of our favourite Monkey Shoulder scotches and a hint of mezcal, was an absolute winner, as was the tequila based “Blood and Passion”, sparky with jalapeño and lime. But as for the food? One word…Sublime. Starting with the Caramelized Stonefruit Burrata with Field Greens, Saba Reduction, Olive Oil, Onion Ash, and Sourdough, then a Warm Crab & Lobster Jar with Herbed Citrus Butter, Mango, and Grilled Bread, and finally Sweet Pig Buns with House Kim Chi and Gochujang. We then ordered the pescatarian paradise that was the Royale Tower, an extravaganza of Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, Seasonal Crab, Ceviche, and Lobster Meat. And the Aged Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks were perfectly pink, with the most incredible sides of Japanese Sweet Potato , Caramelized Baby Bok Choy & Okonomiyaki Sauce. Started out with the Tot Bombs I believe is what they are called. The remoulade sauce was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I had the grouper basket and she had the seafood basket. The grouper was fresh and lightly breaded and cooked to PERFECTION. The seafood basket had a very healthy portion of Grouper.. Scallops... And shrimp all perfectly prepared. We will definitely be going back again and again and.... Well you get the point”

We arrived ahead of our party and sat at the bar for a drink and were greeted so warmly by the staff, served quickly while she chatted amiably with us. Once our friends arrived we were seated outside to enjoy the warmth of the evening. Our waiter Bill, shared the specials with us with a smile and humor. Our friends who have been here before requested Bill because he is fun and chatty. The food was fabulous fresh and so tasty. Mare Terra is a bit hidden off of Rt 41 but it's so worth going. Ask for Bill and you'll have great service and a wonderful evening out. A singer was inside and sounded really lovely when we passed through the restaurant but we couldn't hear her outdoors. “Sunday night at 5:30 in early April. We accompanied friends who drove and understood the deal regarding valet parking. We waited a good 15 minutes on the street just to get in the parking lot. I have to say the 2 valet guys stole the show. Super organized and kept great tabs on who got in and in what order. Definitely worth a good tip. We were seated fast upstairs as we requested. We waited 10 minutes for server to come to the table. The drinks did come fast though; the bartenders were very efficient. My clam chowder was served first and it was ok. The pizza and shrimp tacos were very good but the chicken tenders were a little overly cooked crispy. We waited a good 10-15 for our check. Beautiful setting on the beach which other than the valets was a huge plus. I will continue to come to Docs.”

So we checked out the menu online and decided it was time for a visit. The menu is overwhelming in its complexity- but the excellent front of house servers know all the combinations, and there’s no rush to order while you consider all the delicious options. We started with crispy Dill Pickle Fries and Greek Salad, which were perfect appetisers, followed by Mel’s Key Lime Haddock topped with mushrooms & chopped tomatoes, finished with a key lime hollandaise sauce served with a salad with blue cheese dressing, and Fire Grilled Chicken with avocado, tomatoes, and jack cheese topped with jalapeño ranch dressing served with Mel’s fresh steamed spinach and blue cheese with rice. We were filled to the brim, but couldn’t resist the Coconut Mile High Pie which was as huge as it sounds. A carry home box was definitely required!”

Our steaks were good, unfortunately they did not stand out above steaks we’ve had at Connor Steak and Seafood or even Longhorn’s. We also ordered the lobster soup/bisque which was very disappointing. Two dime size pieces of lobster in about a half cup of thin broth, $17 bowl-ridiculous. We each had a Caesar salad with croutons, crispy and tasty still nothing extra. Dessert was delicious Key Lime Pie this was excellent, great crust, consistency and sweet-tartness, loved it!”

“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Every time I come to the Ft.Myers/Naples/Bonita Springs area I always have dinner at Angelina’s! From the moment I pull up, the experience is top notch, starting with the valet guy who opens my door and never stops running from the moment he parks my car to the moment he brings it back at the end of the night. Most impressive is that he remembers my name without me having to tell him. Next, as I enter the restaurant, I am greeted by a friendly, smiling hostess and then immediately see the 3 story wine tower and hear the piano playing in the bar area. The atmosphere is beautiful…dark, quiet and romantic…perfect for any type of gathering! The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable! I have never felt rushed and my servers have always been amazing. This time my server was Nicole….she was friendly, polite and professional. She truly took care of my every need!
