Food was great, service was bad on a Friday night. Waiter spilled water and left my mom sitting with a wet table cloth, anytime we asked for more than what we ordered it felt like a chore to the waiter so we probably won’t go back because of the service. Food and atmosphere were really nice though.
This was our first disappointing experience at DeRomo's. Regrettably, it was dinner with close friends we haven't seen since 2019. Server Madison was congenial, and brought us extra bread after the hour delay. But she didn't explain the delay, or why other diners were served before us. Yes, our friends were buying more bottles of wine to while the time, but that would be the crassest of reasons. I was visiting family in Naples and we were excited to dine here. The food was excellent, but our waiter, Dean, was arrogant.
