Terrible customer service. Move our large party reservation outside the day of in a voicemail when it’s freezing cold outside and refuse to answer the phone to offer explanation or make accommodations. For an upscale restaurant, you should be ashamed of the level of mismanagement occurring in your establishment. Our large group will happily spend our money at other restaurants that won’t ignore us so blatantly.

Im a frequent flyer of DeRomos. I went to the market today for a few things and as usual I stopped at the dessert cases. I chose a slice of salted caramel cheesecake, which is one I hadn’t seen before. When I say never stop making this cheesecake I mean for the love of god never stop making this cheesecake! Hands down the best I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration! This needs to be a full time item on your menu including in the restaurant.

We couldn’t be happier that we chose DeRomos to cater our wedding reception! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests loved every bite. The catering manager Barbara Castiglia was so friendly and made the entire ordering process stress-free.

What meant so much to us was how she went above and beyond to make sure one of our guests with celiac disease had a safe and delicious gluten-free entree. That extra care did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful.
