“This maybe the cutest location our of all the Tijuana Flats we eat in. Great patio and beautiful lake with wild life. The inside is all Tijauan Flats but the outside is beautiful Bonita Springs. Best service in town. Food came out fast and perfect. Everyone checked in on us twice. Great job! Had the double stack tacos to fill me up.“

“Hands down the BEST and MOST AUTHENTIC we have tasted in Bonita. Love the tacos and quesadillas!!! We go at least once a week. The pineapple drink is amazing so I'm sure the rest of the flavors as well as the horchata are great too. “We tried El Local for the first time last night and it was excellent authentic Mexican food. It’s hard to find chilaquiles outside the Southwest so that was my first choice and they were excellent. My wife said the shrimp tacos on blue corn tortillas were the best she ever had. The prices were very reasonable.“

“I have been eyeing this place for a while as I live nearby. I finally said I needed a taco fix and went in today and boy was I in for a treat. The establishment is small, the staff is friendly, and the food is phenomenal. I had the steak, carnitas, al pastor and chicken tacos with the beans and rice. I think the carnitas and al pastor were my favorite, but not one of them was even below fantastic. I loved the beans. I rarely love the beans from anywhere as they taste so bland to me from other places and the rice had a nice delicate flavor that let it standalone too.I highly recommend you get your taco fix here soon.Parking: The parking strip out front sucks but there is additional parking in the back.“
“We came here on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised it was Happy Hour all day. Drinks were $2 dollars off so it was great start. Food was also a hit and everyone seemed kind. All the great reviews here are well-deserved. We definitely will stop by if we are ever in the area. Also - the restaurant is inside a gated community. You can just alert the security guard that you want to eat at this spot.“
“My husband and I love the food here. Its amazing. Our toddler loves to look up at their decorations. They are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your food and service. Love it! Music adds to the relaxed atmosphere too. Its a great place .“

“We drive by this place all the time and a group of us went last night, the food was EXCELLENT and served Hot! Staff was friendly and tried to be as efficient as possible, but the place was so busy that she never came back, so I didn't get my beans. We waited patiently for the check but finally had to get up and ask for it. We will definitely go back because the food made up for the short server staff. Not sure if the owner is the cook, but if the owner was not cooking, the owner should have helped out at the tables asking if drink refills were needed or if we were ready for the check.“
