“We celebrated our anniversary at The Grill, and the entire evening was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance felt warm, intimate, and beautifully refined — the perfect setting for a special celebration.

“Great food, but why do you offer a complimentary bread course with pickup and delivery and then never actually send a bread course…ever? Again tonight it was requested and no bread course. Stop offering it if you aren’t going to send it.“

“Two of us have been enjoying the Shula's HH in Naples for many years once a month. This week we visited only to find out they no longer offer their ceasar salad with grilled chicken. I must say it was the best Ceasar salad in Naples. UNFORTUNATELY they have completely removed the salad from their Happy Hour and no longer Offer It!! Heck we would rather seen the price increase but without the salad it will be crossed off our Happy Hour rotation. SHULA'S NEEDS A NEW HEAD COACH FOR THEIR KITCHEN. John Aycock Naples, FL.“

“The food was excellent. Great selection and fresh fish. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The chef was veery accommodating. I requested a slight modification to a menu item and the chef made the changes for me. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Always a "five" star rating!!!“

“Aleks Kunov, the regional manager, was especially helpful. We had an expired Ruth’s Chris card issued by our former go-to location in Massachusetts. With the move to Florida 2 years ago, we lost track of the $250 credit. Mr. Kunov was able to restore the credit issued by the other location and let us use it toward our dinner. So many other locations, companies, and managers would have simply said: “Sorry!” We were there with our new neighbors celebrating my wife’s official retirement From the family business after 45+ years! Everyone at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at Coconut Point mall in Bonita Springs, FL went above and beyond to make our evening perfect!“

“We had the pork chops tonight and they were delicious. I had the mango cheesecake for dessert and 😍 yum. I want to try everything on the menu, we will definitely be back, We have tried so many of the restaurants in and around Naples since moving here and this is at the top for sure.“
