“We had a wonderful evening at The Grill, and the highlight of our experience was our waiter, Obed. He was the definition of outstanding hospitality—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. Four Seasons is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing their brand.

Unfortunately, the food did not quite live up to the same standard. The Hudson Foie Gras, which I have enjoyed in the past, seemed to have lost much of its richness and depth of flavor. It lacked the balance and memorable taste that made it a standout dish before. The Delmonico steak was also disappointing. While it was cooked properly, it simply didn’t deliver the bold, robust flavor you’d expect from a premium cut at a luxury restaurant. It felt as though the seasoning and overall character of the dish had been toned down.

Service from Obed was unquestionably 5 stars, but I hope the kitchen revisits these signature dishes and brings them back to the exceptional quality they once had.“

“Two of us have been enjoying the Shula's HH in Naples for many years once a month. This week we visited only to find out they no longer offer their ceasar salad with grilled chicken. I must say it was the best Ceasar salad in Naples. UNFORTUNATELY they have completely removed the salad from their Happy Hour and no longer Offer It!! With the move to Florida 2 years ago, we lost track of the $250 credit. Mr. Kunov was able to restore the credit issued by the other location and let us use it toward our dinner. So many other locations, companies, and managers would have simply said: “Sorry!” We were there with our new neighbors celebrating my wife’s official retirement From the family business after 45+ years!
