Aleks Kunov, the regional manager, was especially helpful. We had an expired Ruth’s Chris card issued by our former go-to location in Massachusetts. With the move to Florida 2 years ago, we lost track of the $250 credit.
Mr. Kunov was able to restore the credit issued by the other location and let us use it toward our dinner. So many other locations, companies, and managers would have simply said: “Sorry!”

What can you say, great drinks and food. Service was perfect, sat at the bar and Kelly was great!
We were celebrating our 59th Wedding Anniversary and there were rose pedals on the table. The wait staff and manager went out of there way to congratulate us. It made the night even more special.
