We had a wonderful evening at The Grill, and the highlight of our experience was our waiter, Obed. He was the definition of outstanding hospitality—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. My wife and I has an exceptional time at the restaurant The food, musical entertainment, atmosphere and service including my chilled Chopin Martini Lol.Our waiter Aldemar Solarte was superb Like a NYC steakhouse everything I wanted to order he said NO. I had him order for me and OMG he did an amazing job. Even the hot breads were delicious I highly recommend this restaurant.
We were their over Memorial Day weekend and stayed a few days at the hotel

The food was phenomenal, with guests enjoying shrimp cocktail and scallops, along with a perfectly cooked dry-aged prime ribeye, complemented by a variety of rich sauces. Steak fries and Brussels sprouts are decadent and memorable. The restaurant also offers standout dishes like the 36 oz Wagu Tomahawk and Dover Sole, cooked to perfection, with a cozy atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The Grill is a must-visit spot for those seeking good food, atmosphere, and excellent service, and the soufflé for dessert is highly recommended.
