Great service from the whole team, especially Scott, our waiter. The food recommendations from him were fabulous. Would definitely come back and recommend dinner here to anybody. Great experience from start to finish.

Hello, Our visit to the Ritz was quite nice. The food was good but the after effect of the flavour enhancers was not very pleasant. Both my wife and myself had a bad reaction overnight and had to drink a lot of water to continue to sleep. SOK.

I used to frequent the grill room but it has been several years since I had been back. We had a perfect evening celebrating my birthday with amazing. Food , service and the piano player which always makes any meal more special.

I have been eating at the Grill at least once a year for the past 15 years and sadly our Anniversary dinner was not up to previous standards. I had requested seating in the main dining room but was seated in the bar area which is not as quiet and lighting quite dim. Our waitress was adequate but seemed distant and not as attentive as is the usual Ritz experience. I had the 22 Oz rib eye and found it a bit over charred and dry for medium doneness. At $89 for the steak it should have been memorable. Our sides were OK the Lobster Mac and cheese particularly good. Chocolate soufflé excellent. The Ritz has always meant “exceptional” in service food and ambience -sadly I would not use that definition today..

We had sushi at the bar. The sushi was excellent. I’ve been to dozens of sushi bars and the quality of the sushi at the grill is in the top 5%. It was a little pricey, but what would you expect, we were at the Ritz! The staff was super responsive, kind and courteous. The bartender knew everyone’s name, and was great at what he did.

Okay, this place exceeded my expectations and my expectations were already high!! The service from every staff member to our server Aldimar to the food and the atmosphere. Wow!!! The food was so flavorful and delicious. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Having eaten at The Grill almost 20x in the last 25 years, last night was the first time it was less than perfect. The food as usual was spectacular however there seemed to be something missing from the description of my wife's appetizer and my main course: capers. I know that's a strange comment but it was noticeable. As for the service, as always very welcoming and mostly impeccable. However, we weren't done with our main courses when one of the wait staff hovered over us asking if we were finished when obviously we weren't. So for the first time we give less than 5 stars.
The hostess was unbelievably rude. We arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 reservation and she told us we were a no show. The manager was very gracious and helpful and got us a reservation at the Italian restaurant in the Ritz. We were staying at the Ritz for 5 days and spending a lot of money and the rude behavior of the hostess was unacceptable.
This is a wonderful restaurant. Food was outstanding! Steak was quite flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Old Fashioned was expertly prepared, complete with muddled cherries. Service was outstanding. Wes was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to please - a great waiter! I will be back!
Welcoming, friendly, helpful best service anywhere in years, good alternative meal and wine choices, had a drink, appetizers, steaks on the bone, sides, glass of excellent Bordeaux wine, and dessert ; unhurried for a special anniversary dinner, memorable, expensive
The lobster bisque was way too pungent in flavor. Did not finish and I usually love lobster bisque. The rack of lamb ordered medium rare was raw in most of the entire pc. The rest of the food was delicious. Server was friendly and attentive.

Of course the atmosphere and service are top notch but was very disappointed in the food. We have been dining here for well over a decade and I am sorry to say the food was fair. Even the bread was not good and my steak was under seasoned. Also we ordered au gratin potatoes and the serving dish was so small. For the $550 price tag for two guests it just wasn't worth it:(
