French onion mediocre, sissor strictly for crouton only, they give you a sissor for marketing. Bar was completely full with reserved signs just conveniently for happy hour. By the way I was not offered any happy hour! Would I make the trip from Naples back not really. That being said Prime Steak House needs to step up there game, along with Capitol Grill Lujacks… it’s not that hard!!

The waiter Chris Comeens was phenomenal!!
I ordered the Crispy Grouper ($39.99) and it was like eating frozen fish sticks. We have been there several times in the past and the food has been great. Not so now.
We were seated at a 'hightop' and I explained hightops hurt my legs and back. Other availability was a table near the hostess stand, although the restaurant was not 1/4 occupied.
Won't be coming back.

C Level Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is a consistent, high-quality restaurant in SW Florida. The vibe is classy, upscale, and modern with an amazing and unique ambiance. The service is attentive and at a perfect pace, with great staff. The food is always delicious. The wine selection is great. Highly recommended meals include the lamb and the truffle fries. The French onion soup is served with little scissors to get through the cheese, and the filet is tender and moist. The Prix Fixe menu is a great deal and a wonderful selection, with options like black grouper and filet mignon. The lobster bisque is a must try. The beef bourginon was just ok, but the branzino is delish and splittable. The beet salad is really good. There are many gluten free options, including gluten free desserts. The main dining room can get loud, but the bar area is a good alternative. Happy hour pricing for drinks is available. It is always on the go to list.
