Starbucks in Bonita Springs

“Wow. For close to two years now we have stopped at this Starbucks each month on our way up from Naples, traveling back home to Georgia. It is our tradition. Well, this time I left my phone and wallet and I didn't know it till we were well over 3 hours north. We couldn't turn back and get it so we called. Not only was Lauren (store manager) helpful and kind, she was more than happy to send them to me and did so promptly. She made, what could've been a horrible situation into a smooth sailing experience. She took care of it and made it like it was her phone/wallet that was lost. Thank you, Lauren!! We will be back next month, all too happy to buy a drink! You guys are the best! <3“

“If you are looking for a delicious drink with delightful service, this is the Starbucks location for you! They are open early and ready to serve you with a smile. A special shout out for my fav barista…Audrey! She always brings a smile to my face and gets your order made just right!“
