“S couple items were forgotten. I should have checked before I left. I did not realize I forgot 1 (almost 2) of our pastries until I was too far away. My daughter was too tired to make the additional stop on the same day so we went home. When I went back for my coffee the next am-an employee could have made it difficult for me since it was my fault for a couple of reasons. I almost let it be and didn’t say anything because I really was at fault. The employee not only sympathized but she apologized then and before I drove away. She was not even there the day before and if she was, she worked the opposite of dining in or drive through. I reiterated it was not her fault but my own. I always receive really kind/great service from this Starbucks.“
“I had an issue at the store yesterday and in a angry mood wrote a bad review. I came in today and the shift manager came up recognizing me from my post, not from when I was in the store came up and apologized. The fact that he took his time to read the review and actually noticed me from the review showed he really is in tuned to his job and cares. I thought this was outstanding. And today the service was great and I again really appreciated the attention to detail.“
