“The coffee n food are great! The ambience is nice I usually go through the drive thru. The staff are friendly n It usually goes quickly except for when training new baristas at one time I thought they were training the whole staff at once but for the most part I'm glad that it's close about a mile from me I wouldn't want to travel further for my coffee.“
“I used to work at the store adjacent to this Starbucks and I had a really weird experience with one of the cashiers. So, the experience itself was that a woman was offering to pay for my drink in line. She mentioned this to the cashier in hopes of performing this random act of kindness. I was shocked to hear when the cashier said “we don’t do that here” and his reasoning for saying that was completely inaccurate.I ended calling the company and asking if that was even a policy to which they responded back saying “we don’t have a policy”. This clearly serves my point that every worker needs to be properly trained in any customer service role since the end result is servicing the customer. But luckily I had some money on the app. I didn’t get the chance to get his name but he was not willing to be considerate of the said woman’s generosity.“

“Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, enough said?This location was pleasant and a nice place to relax with a cool frappuccino on a hot day, waiting for someone.I was first introduced to Starbucks when first visiting Seattle before they became worldwide. At that time, only carts on corners and a main store in Pike's market.I rarely go to a store today; however it's a nice treat... Especially annually for pumpkin spice latte ☕“
“My girl Crystal got me set up!! I told her about my allergy to almond milk (which is normally in the drink I got) and asked if she could switch it to 2%, and she was so accommodating and kind!! She washed her hands and cleaned the machine without me even asking her to! And my drink was delicious! Thanks, Crystal!“
