Starbucks in Estero

“This is my favorite Starbucks location. The entire staff is amazing, and I appreciate how they always greet me by name whenever I enter and sometimes even have my usual order ready by the time I go up to pay. They’re all friendly, accommodating, and provide excellent and speedy service. Nichele in particular has recently gone out of her way to provide exceptional service. Will continue to make this location my home away from home.“

“I study here on a regular basis so I witness quite a bit here. Lindsey knows how to run her team and treat their customers. She has that manager personality and appears to compliment her staff very well. The crew works well together and it's awesome to see they really enjoy their job. They deal with unpleasant customers on a regular basis...but handle them with ease. It's a plus that the bathrooms and tables are always clean. Thanks to the staff for creating an environment that is enjoyable to study at.“

“I really like the warmth and layout of this new store. It has lots of comfortable seating, small group areas, high tops and they brought back the long bench seat. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. This store removes the barista counter from being the focal point and has more windows.“

“I’ve never written a review but I was craving Starbucks and got attended by one of the workers, I believe his name was Jorge. Super hospitable and was quick with my order. definitely would recommend this Starbucks for its service out of the fair few I’ve been too.“

“Everytime I come to this Starbucks I am always content with the service and atmosphere. Especially today on Black Friday the entire staff was laughing and working so professionally. They really kept the atmosphere upbeat and smooth even in the midst of the busy rush!! Well done 😍🙌“
