Starbucks in Naples

“I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations over the years, but this one on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport-Pulling Road is truly something special.

Every single time I stop in, the team is genuinely happy, welcoming, and positive. They’ve taken the time to get to know me, remember my order, and make me feel like more than just another customer. That kind of personal connection is rare these days, and it completely changes the experience.

I know Starbucks has built its brand around creating a welcoming environment, but this team takes it to another level. They consistently go out of their way to make every visit enjoyable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors.

A great cup of coffee is easy to find. A team that makes you feel appreciated every time you visit is much harder to come by. Thank you all for making my mornings a little brighter. Keep doing what you’re doing—you’ve built something really special here!“

“I went this morning to get the promo drink for the Hannah Montana 20th anniversary special because my best friend recommended it to me. The girlies working this morning were so sweet and wrote a song title on my cup with little drawings and they truly made my day! I couldn’t stop smiling the rest of my drive home! I wish I would’ve gotten their names to shout them out but regardless, they were awesome!! The drink is delicious and so is the chocolate chip cookie I ordered! So happy I went to this location this morning! Thank you for making my day!“

“DoorDash Driver forgot half of our food. The driver did not pick up all the bags. Naomi who works at Starbucks helped tremendously. She made my grande a Venti and remade our order fresh. Thank you very much. Excellent service especially from Naomi.“

“This Starbucks location is located inside Target on Pine Ridge Road in Naples. It is located as soon as you enter the store. It is basically your typical Starbuck store and products. It was very clean and the employees were very nice. They have everything you need from tea, coffee and foods.“

“I go to many different Starbucks but this one is my favorite the employees are always in a good mood and they make my large brown sugar shake and espresso with the extra shot of espresso and cold foam perfect I feel that the other stores don't put the right amount of espresso in there this place never messes my order up that's a shout out to Alex for bieng so helpful with giving me coffee grounds for my garden thank you Starbucks my day is better because of you“

“The morning team is the best....when I see Aymee at the window I know I'm getting to work on time no matter how long the line is. She really moves the line along, she always asks me if I want to use points, and informs me of promotions....I really feel like she would make a great manager. Always pleasant and kind and efficient.“

“Wrapping up another month in Naples and wanted to share that the mornings I was greeted by Allison, they made me smile. She is always cheery and greeting everyone, even sometimes with a little song. We will be back.

“Starbucks inside Coastland Center mall in Naples stands out as one of the nicer locations I’ve visited in the area. The setup is really well done and feels more polished than your typical Starbucks. You know what you’re getting with Starbucks since they’ve systemized everything so well, and this location delivers that same consistent quality you expect. Everything tasted great and hit the mark.

The service was polite and efficient, plus there wasn’t any wait time which was a nice bonus during my visit. The location itself benefits from being in the mall, so it’s convenient if you’re already shopping or need a quick caffeine fix.

If you’re at Coastland Center, it’s definitely worth stopping by. While it’s still Starbucks at the end of the day, this particular location does it right and makes for a solid coffee stop in Naples.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

“I really enjoy stopping by here whenever I need a quick pick-me-up during the day. My go-to order is always consistent, and the baristas are usually super friendly and get things made pretty fast. It is such a convenient spot to grab a drink and get some work done, even if it does get a little busy and loud during the morning rush.“

“I used to strongly dislike going to this Starbucks as it would often regularly take upwards of 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru. I have left their line several times due to time constraints, however they are the most conveniently located one for me to visit. Since they closed down and reopened it has been like a totally different store. The staff is friendly and on top of it! There's been such a huge difference in service over the last several months.

As others mentioned, keep your windows up if you're adverse to bees. There are a lot of them nearby.“

“I didn't catch the name of the young gentleman working today but we were in a pretty good line lots of customers and he was the only one making drinks and he was really working hard, kind and my drink was fantastic. I hope he sees this and knows we appreciate him and his hard work 🙏“

“I don’t know what has changed but it takes outrageously long to go through the drive through, the cars sit at their window for like 5 minutes or more each for drive through.

That’s the only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars.“
