The Starbucks Coffee Company location has friendly baristas who try hard, but it can be understaffed and overwhelmed on busy days, with mobile orders sitting while walk-in customers wait. However, many staff members are kind, efficient, and professional. Violet and Alex are absolutely phenomenal, making drinks and food for an army at 5:00 in the morning with smiles and professionalism. Allison is cheery and greets everyone, sometimes with a little song. Alex is very professional and quick to help. Autumn and Curtis are very helpful. The coffee is super good. The new jalapeño pocket chicken pesto packs flavor in every bite and is 200 cal. The baked apple muffin is so good, even for someone on a diet. The shop is clean, and the music is not blaring. However, one reviewer had a very bad experience with the drive-through, citing Violet for the worst customer service with a rude and bad attitude.
