While staying in the Naples area we had pizza delivered to our Hotel. The pizza arrived within 35minutes. It was excellent and the thin crust made it even better.
We are from Jersey and Connecticut and love our pizza. I will say this is by far the best pizza in Naples. We ordered it through Uber Eats when then had the Buy one get one free pizza - to try it out. Now we are customers weekly. The best sauce too.

Based on the reviews, New York Pizza & Pasta - Tamiami is a very popular place with excellent food and generous portions. The restaurant is the absolute best in town, offering fabulous subs, pizza, and pastas. Specific meals mentioned include the shrimp oreganata, the Hero sub on a semolina roll with the best fries, and the Sunday Sauce from the owner’s mother’s recipe. The Signature Salmon, Black Grouper, and Branzino are excellent entrees, and the Seasonal Vegetables are also highly recommended. The bread is the best in an Italian restaurant. The staff is great, very attentive, and the service gives that authentic NY service. The owner, Joe, offers warm hospitality that makes customers feel part of the family. The atmosphere is casual but the dining room is a wide open huge room with really awful acoustics, making it hard to share a conversation. The service can be a bit on the slow side when the place is very busy. Overall, it is a very nice place to return to.
