Perhaps just another Starbucks, but the above average customer service at this location makes it notable for me. I have run in and out numerous of times over the past few years, and always been greeted by friendly and knowledgeable baristas. As long as it's sunny out...but they are closed today,and EVERYONE that's come here today is upset..we all came up with the idea to go to Race Trac service station for coffee.Schools in Collier County are open,the post Office is open...EVERYTHING except for Starbucks is open ?????

I usually have a great experience here but recently it’s been mid. They are obviously under staffed and workers seemed to be burnt out based on the snappy way employees respond to customers after simply asking about the status of their order (after patiently waiting for 20+mins.) if you are mgmt reading this, you have an opportunity to do better.
