Going thru the drive-thru was a breeze
Employee did not seem to know if they had stuff and then all the sudden she said they had it. Might want to train your people better
The staff listen to my allergies and double check to make certain my order is correct. They know I can't afford to miss work due to allergies when their paying attention can easily prevent the symptoms. Thank you ALL!

Dunkin' offers a hit or miss experience with inconsistent service. Customers may encounter limited options on donuts early in the day and sometimes face overwhelmed staff. While some staff members, like the sweet older lady at the window, provide excellent service, others may lack enthusiasm and urgency. Despite some shortcomings, Dunkin' remains a go-to spot for coffee and treats.
