I love my daily coffee run and frequent a Dunkin about 20 times per month. This location has been my go-to for the last few years while in Fort Myers. That is over now because it is not the pleasant experience that it once was.Twice recently my drive through order has been wrong, and rather than just making it right, the employee insists that it’s what I ordered through the speaker.
