Lobby is always closed. Employees do not show up for work. This week lobby closed for four days. Currently in drive thru for 24 minutes waiting on a coffee. Owner or Manager must know what is happening. Please get your things together. .

I love my daily coffee run and frequent a Dunkin about 20 times per month. This location has been my go-to for the last few years while in Fort Myers. That is over now because it is not the pleasant experience that it once was.Twice recently my drive through order has been wrong, and rather than just making it right, the employee insists that it’s what I ordered through the speaker. A mistake is always possible on my end, yes, but in both cases my passenger heard the order. I am really not interested in arguing over the fifty cent overcharge and don’t care whose fault it was. Just make it right. If you go, I suggest ask the employee to read back your order. Or go inside.The employees seem exasperated, maybe understaffed? Last year the microphone wasn’t fully functional; maybe that’s still a problem? Or the owner could help everyone out by installing the screen that displays the order at the drive through.To build upon the pettiness, when you order less ice for your beverage, they don’t fill the cup. That’s right. Nobody does that!Sadly, I’ll go elsewhere for my daily coffee enjoyment.

Interesting bunch that works here… sometimes the drinks are good, sometimes it’s all ice and not even all the way full. Hit or miss.

Terrible location came in ask for a coffee and donut she got the order wrong got me a coffee and a hash brown first she thought I made this mistake so she walked over to her co-worker to ask who was wrong when her co worker verified she was wrong she came back to window and said we’ll it’s the same price anyway I said no it’s not she said we’ll it’s only a 30 cent difference plus we don’t even have that donut and came back with another donut and said we’ll this is what we have . I took it and left just terrible service and called the manager and realize why the workers are the way they are the workers are a reflection of the manager and he was just as bad as the workers wouldn’t advise anyone to come here no point of spending your hard earned money for service like this.
