She was knowledgeable about the menu and even offered to make my coffee personally off the description I gave of how I like my coffee (not an avid coffee drinker). My family and I left happy! “Idk what happened because this location used to be so hit or miss, but the last couple times i have been there the people have been so nice and quick. It’s become a frequent stop on my way to work now and it seems they really have it running like a NE Dunkin now.“

“They got rid of my favorite veggie egg bites. So I had to find a new protein packed food of theirs. I started ordering the egg cheese on an English muffin. I add an extra egg to ensure more protein. The dunkin on 14th Street West in Bradenton fails to add my extra egg. I know either so going there or stop adding the extra egg... I keep hoping they will get it right. It's too difficult on the app to tell anyone about this problem. Plus when I'm eating the sandwich, I'm driving to Tampa or St. Pete. Today, my English muffin wasn't even toasted! This has been at least 4 times now. I had intended to make a formal complaint on the app but never could figure it out. I had taken pictures of the last few of the sandwiches to show the missing egg. Very frustrating that the cook can't look for extras. I can't be the only person adding things to my sandwich or orders. I don't want to post to the world my sandwiches that I've taken a bite out two from. That's like talking with your mouth full. But if you need them please ask I'll send them.“
