“My order was sent to the wrong store accidentally. It wasn't even sent to this store. It was supposed to go to the 34th St. store. The 34th St. store wouldn't help me even though I told them I didn't have time to go to the 14th St. store. Mind you, I frequent that store often, but no longer. I showed up at this store, which was still the wrong store and now I'm frustrated and upset. The staff was AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, AND CARING. They took care of my order and made my day. “Chose to stop in this Dunkin' donuts knowing there's another up ahead closer to my destination. They were short on donut holes for my requested 50 for an office gathering. The young man compensated for two donuts to make up the 8th missing donut holes. Not wanting to complain but I do wish there was a steady supply of donut holes there are only 20 available.“
“Came in on a Sunday afternoon and Omani was the only one working. The drive thru was continuous as well as people walking inside the store. He was able to help everyone within a reasonable time and was polite while doing so. This man deserves a bonus for the way he handled the situation at hand. Cheers to him!“

“Me and my friends 2nd time there And very pleased with the service and the food and drinks! I can't remember what the young lady's name was the first time but Ms. Linda was sweet as sugar!!!! She was very helpful and friendly just all around great atmosphere! Her co worker helped us as well didn't get his name but he was cool! Only thing I can say is if you going inside get a good jacket cause it really cold in there!!! “Stopped in here on our way to the island. I feel after stopping here that other poor reviews were left by a lit of "entitled Karens." We were in and out in a few minutes. Coffee was good and doughnuts were full with many choices. Would go again“

There is a name on the receipt named Mikeil I'm not sure if this is the individual who took my order but if so I just want to say he was extremely kind I was the rest of the employees.“
