“I always go to this particular one. It’s sad that I live so far but the one close to me is horrible! 34th street south!. I travel to this one and I go inside and I order drive thru. Warren is the best! Our food is always nothing short of amazing, they always have fresh donuts and Warren is always happy and pleasant. Thank you Warren for your continuous positive energy!“
“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier with a very positive attitude. Everyone behind the counter seemed to be in a great mood. I received my order very quickly and it was perfect, hot and tasty. The facility was very clean as well. “Depending upon which dunkin' donuts the one near my home in Gulfport at times has had not so good service. I went once when they first opened it and did not go back for 2 years. Things are much better at the Gulfport location. Especially lately. I do use two other locations 49th Street North in St Petersburg and 66th Street North in St petersburg. Always have great service“

I would be willing to advise them of the good and bad cookie if they would like, as I am there almost daily. Sometimes I can't make it.in the morning and although I know I shouldn't even go bc when I do I end up with wrong order and nasty attitudes and it throws off my whole day.“
“I come to this establishment quite a lot during busy hours during the week. Sometimes My order isn’t exactly correct - no biggie - but every time I have brought it to their attention they have been nothing but apologetic and correct. Tia in particular always brings it. She’s super quick and very customer service oriented and professional.“

“I was having problems all day trying to get my Free Coffee Monday (with purchase) payment to go thru on the app. There appeared to be something wrong with the app today. I walked into this local Dunkin’ Donuts and after employee “Tatiana” tried to help me with the app she honored the Monday special for me anyway. To find good customer service in this day and age is almost immpossible, but kudos to “Tatiana“ for caring about her customers. I will definitely be returning to this store!!“
