Ordered online to get a free extra coffee. The app is misleading & a little confusing. I was cool until the lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that it states "VERY CLEARLY" in the app.... ". I got a little heated over that because for one, I felt she implied that maybe I was uneducated and secondly, NO MA'AM, you have to read a whole paragraph to understand & reread again!!!! You think it's a buy one get one, but it's really a buy two get one. VERY MISLEADING!
This location made my coffee incorrectly, HOWEVER...... the customer service I received to make it right was amazing. Everyone was soo sweet & kind & had no problem correcting my drink for me. Amazing team at this location!!!! Thank you ladies!!!
