Where Pete's General lives in this land of artisan bagelry, Bad Mother St. Pete --- the coffee shop inside of Station House -- lives in the city that never sleeps. As a Jew from New York, it's hard to come by a solid nosh. Eisntiens: whatever --- Brooklyn Bagel Co --- whatever --- Bad Mother --- mindblowing. Ego aside, it's just nice to have a taste of home. I highly recommend taking a bagel or a few to the seats outside.“

“Lovely coffee, delicious shortbread cookie, nice atmosphere, classy music, free wifi. Not many tables and they’re small. But they let me use 2 so I could work with my laptop and set my coffee somewhere. My one request was that there was actually quite a few employees for such a small shop and they were very chatty with each other. Hard to tune out even with my ear pods in. Between that and the small tables, not the best coffee shop for working if that’s what you’re looking for. Still I would go back due to the convenient location.“

“This is hands down the best coffee in St. Pete!⚡️ Chris the owner is one of the coolest cats I’ve ever met, super down to earth, extremely social and friendly and has got a real talent for creating some of the most unique coffee blends that you will ever find on the face of this earth. These cold brew lattes are beautiful. The way he brews his coffee has less acidity than the way everyone else brews it which makes for a super smooth, and tasty treat. He also hand makes every syrup from scratch using real actual ingredients as opposed to every other coffee place who uses Monin syrups which taste awful.The ideas for the lattes are out of this world - he’s got something new and unique on the menu every week. “I don't go there very often usually in the mornings. I don't know the guys name but he's always on task and does a good job. There was a cute little blonde that worked there for a while,she was awful. Anyway thanks to the mourning guy.“

“One of my favorite locations. Typically quiet and a great place for homework or a quick relaxation. This location has 1 bathroom, 3 or 4 couches, high top tables and low top tables both inside and out. The parking lot is smaller so a great option if you live in the neighborhood. There is also a drive thru window to place and pick up orders. The staff is great - especially Alissa (spelled wrong i'm sure) and Boris. Using the APP there are lots of rewards, coupons and options to order ahead of time. I recommend this local coffee company.“

“One of several Starbucks around - this location is always the fastest (drive through and in-store), warm customer service always greeting you with smiles/friendliness and quality is great, rarely messes up any orders. The location is always clean and appearing.“

“I owe Charity a review because this is Ms Sunshine personified! She doesn't drink coffee but she knows the magic of serving a good cup by letting the water empty completely.
She has the patience of a saint, a great interaction with her team and a smile that will reduce anyone's crap that they had to experience before they met Charity.
I miss her often because her shift is in the morning, but today.....there she was. My coffee tasted so much better today! Thank you, Sunshine!
BTW, I have to acknowledge the entire staff in the 4th Street location. There is a peaceful atmosphere that I always experience from the moment I walk through those doors, ready to be of service.“

Miss my Mezzo people and enjoyed my Mezzo mornings with a warm coffee, kind smiles, and great conversation. Late afternoons with a Tropica in hand and a Florida sunset not far away!

Folks at Mezzo are awesome, service is excellent, and the drinks are on-point!

Based in Santa Fe now, so Iconic Coffee is my new spot, but Mezzo is a must stop during my next trip back to St Pete.

“Best coffee in downtown St Pete!“

“Came here today because Milton took out our power and this place had WiFi. I’m so glad we came! I originally stopped three other places that didn’t have plugs or WiFi then I landed here and the experience was great. The chairs were so comfy! The coffee was great and the desserts were really good. Normally bakeries with such a lovely display are prettier than they are tasty but these desserts were even better than they looked. I had the Alpine cheesecake and it was delicious! I’m from NY I’m very picky so you can trust my opinion :p
The hot drinks were great too and they even had courtesy water for such a hot day. Nice and cool inside. Cant wait to come back and try their sandwiches! Lots of veggie options for vegans and vegetarians in addiction to meat. It’s a perfect little cafe. The staff were very friendly too. They also had real straws and actual silverware lol. I will return!

All the family were wonderful to us suffering from dehydration and excess sun and couldn’t have been nicer!
The lemonade and strawberry lemonade were both beautiful and very welcome!
Such a small frontage, so easy to pass by, but definitely worth looking out for! Wonderful!“
