Usually when I arrive in a new city (normally for a 6-week stay), I try several coffee shops before settling on “regular” one. Intermezzo was the second one I tried in St Pete and I stopped looking any further after tasting the perfect flat white. They get it right every time, no matter who the barista
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Intermezzo! I recommend the iced lavender honey latte — it was really well-balanced and the honey had a chance to shine in this drink. Their espresso is great on its own, as well. Pastry was good but really expensive for what it was, so I’d skip it the next time around. But overall, lots of places to sit, friendly staff, & great coffee!
