Wonderfully friendly staff. They made it easy when I didn’t really see what I wanted on the menu by accepting custom orders. Delicious biscuits; butting extra to take back to Airbnb for the morning. I truly believe it when they say they are mission-driven.
Walking in we were greeted by Shantia (hope I spelled that right) who was a wonderful ray of sunshine who was very helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable. The food came quick and was nice, hot and delicious. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in St Pete’s again.
From the moment you walk in your Greeted with Shantia’s postive energy and hospitality. You select what you want to eat. I selected the retro plate with jelly and a dirty ice chai latte and all was flavorful and delish. I’d come back

Maple Street Biscuit Company offers a warm and welcoming dining experience with a large, open floor plan. The staff are praised for their exceptional service and friendly demeanor, particularly highlighting the outstanding hospitality of Shantia, who greets every customer like family. The food is consistently delicious, with some of the best coffee in the area. The fried chicken on a biscuit is especially noted as a must-try. The Retro Breakfast is absolutely delicious--perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The waffles were just as impressive, crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The power bowl with sausage was great, seeming like the healthiest thing on the menu with eggs anyway you want it, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese, and originally with bacon, but they were easy about making substitutes. The biscuits here are very good and the service was good too. While it can be busy on weekends, making it a great place to relax with coffee or OJ, parking can be a challenge. Overall, Maple Street Biscuit Company is a solid spot for a memorable meal and experience.
