If you like slow service, cold food and a nice long piece of hair in your meal then this is the place for you. The only positive thing I can say is that the peach berry lemonade was decent. They didn’t have any coffee and when we ordered our food it took so long I had to ask them what was the status for my order then it comes out cold and very mediocre at best especially for the price. $13 for my five and dime that came with no sides, cold gravy and a nice long piece of hair in my sandwich and the other meal we ordered was the retro plate that was very bland and cold as well. I never leave negative reviews but this experience was unfortunately a big miss! Their reviews got me in the door but their lack execution and quality of food left much to be desired. I will not be back but hopefully they get it together because that was a disappointing experience.

Got a pick up order this morning. Had to remove the egg from the sandwich because it was so overcooked. Requested an overeasy, ended up making an egg at the house. For the money, this will be my last time ordering

Save yourself some time and order online 1hr ahead or just don’t go at allUPDATE: As there is no option to reply to the generic, impersonal automated response I received, I’ll update my review to reply.Not up to my standards!? This makes me question how you define your bare minimum, mediocre standards and quality of service? After being repeatedly dismissed by the staff and patiently waiting an hour to receive my order, the sandwich ended up being just as terrible as the service.The cherry on top was that this all occurred on Good Friday of all days…

Food was great! I had the fried chicken sandwich on biscuit. The shop of was great good atmosphere and music. The only thing that was a bit confusing they name orders by favorite location rather than name. It was a busy day and it wasn't clearly explained but I figured it out eventually.

Dry flavorless biscuit and dry flavorless chicken .. waited 30 minutes for some mediocre food. The girl taking my order seemed like she wasn't even listening and rang me up for something totally different. Maybe less flirting with the worker next door and you can get the order correct.
I ordered the chicken tenders and biscuit with chips meal and the chicken was bland and extremely hard to chew. The portion was also small, i basically had chips with a side of chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were literally the size of chicken nuggets. Would not eat here again.

Nope! I had chicken strips with a biscuit and chips. They forgot to charge for my drink and had me pay when I asked where it was... No problem. They gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken. The chicken was ok. They forgot my biscuit and when I asked they brought me a hard funky dry biscuit. Not impressed.??
