First time at Bandit Coffee and had a wonderful experience. My house was being treated for pest control and had to vacate the house with my cat for a few hours. Brought my cat Gigi with me and the staff was fantastic. Gigi especially appreciated all the luvvins. Thank you Bandit and staff for making this such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Bandit Coffee Co. is a popular local spot in downtown St. Pete, known for its exceptional coffee and delicious food. Their cappuccino features perfectly textured milk and flavorful espresso, while the drip coffee remains a rare treat in many places. Pastries are tasty, with perfectly proofed breads, and breakfast plates include sourdough bread. The menu offers a vegan burrito that is highly recommended, spicy and well-seasoned with big chunks of potato. Burritos come with chorizo, egg, potato, and spicy salsa verde. Customers can also find great beans, including special ones in stock, and homemade breads. The atmosphere is lively and neighborhood-focused, with a sophisticated vibe thanks to knowledgeable staff and excellent service from baristas and managers. Though it can get busy on weekends, the lines move quickly, and waiting is worth it. The café also offers vegan options like ricotta toast and egg sandwiches. While there is no wifi and pets are not allowed inside, many visitors continue to enjoy this vibrant spot for its good drinks, good food, and friendly atmosphere.
