“The breads just smell amazing when you walk in; the pretzels look American but TAST German; the desserts are great. Just went for the first time Saturday and bought Kasenkuchen und Bienenstich for my Aunt and Uncle on Marco Island, yes, quite a ride for coffee and cake! But they loved it. Said it was best they had since moving to Florida 20 years ago. This will be my go to bakery for rolls and breads.“

“I must say I was impressed with my order I couldn’t pick so I got 3 different things deep dish cookie, cupcake and a cinnamon muffin all of them were really good. Lots of flavor, moist and I re heated them and they were still flavorful and moist, I definitely will be coming back. The presentation was good to Ashley has some really good baked goodies.“

“I have been Gluten Free for 5 years now due to an allergy. I was visiting Clearwater this past weekend and wanted some Gluten Free baked goods before going back to Melbourne Florida. HaleLife bakery came up and I am SO glad it did. I got half a dozen donuts, the garlic stuffed rolls, small cookie cake, a brookie and the lemon poppy seed Muffin Top cookie. Everything is to die for. My favorite so far has been the rolls and donuts. The oatmeal cream pie donut and cinnamon toast crunch donut could make a non vegan/Gluten free person cry. 100% recommend!“

“The new cinnamon rolls are really good. I mean REALLY good. I am not a sweets person, but I do like an occasional treat every now and then that is not sugary sweet. The cinnamon rolls are sweet, but the sweetness is balanced perfectly with the savory and rich strong butter flavor. The cinnamon taste is not overwhelming. The dough itself is fluffy and layered almost like a croissant. Normal cinnamon roll dough can be thick and tough. It wasn't like that at all. Great treat and perfect recipe!
