“I highly recommend them. They made my wedding cake, cookies and cupcakes-and My best friend’s birthday cake during our stay on the island. They were absolutely amazing!! The customer service was amazing planning a wedding 1300 miles away! The display of the wedding cake was beyond amazing. They paid attention to every detail I wanted and was looking for in doing my beach wedding theme.. great job hometown sweets and I definitely be visiting more when I visit the island“

“Hands down the BEST pies around!!! Mermaid Pies was recommended to us by some friends while visiting Bradenton… fast forward a few years later (and many slices later) we had Shawna cater pies for our Wedding. It was the highlight of the night, every single guest raved about how fantastic the pies were. I HIGHLY recommend the key lime coconut cream - you will not be disappointed! Shawna the owner is also the sweetest, we love supporting her and her business and can’t wait to visit again soon!“

“Best cake ever! They made a cake for my husband’s big round number birthday and it was stunning :-) he is a sport fisherman, and they actually reproduce his boat to a T! The texture and taste of this chocolate cake surpassed even the beauty of the outside! Run don’t walk to this bakery they don’t exist in this area:)“

“Being gluten free it is really hard to find a good donut. This is absolutely the best donut and milkshakes we have ever had. Even my kids loved them. When we found the place, it turned out, it was passed closing, but chef Gary saw us looking and came outside to tell us to come on in. Definitely went out of his way. Not only was the food great but so was the conversation. Thank you Chef Gary!!!“

Congrats to the Cremesh Coffee and Bakery - located at 1822 59th Street West, Bradenton, Fl - and Congratulations to Pavel, Walter and Ocean for passing their Food Managers Certificate today. This cute lil shop is filled with delicious pastries, coffee, breads and more. Bunny greeted me with a great smile and nice conversation. The chefs sent me home with some delicious treats. Make this a destination, when your visiting Bradenton, such a delightful place full of AWESOMENESS!!! Congratulations Pavel, Ocean, and Walter - Fantastic !!!! Will be bringing family by soon!!“

“What a wonderful place to buy bread. There is such a variety to choose from and the baked goods are outstanding. I was able to take one of the bread making classes on Sunday and it was such an enjoyable afternoon and we took home lots of our own homemade bread. What a treat.
