“This was an unexpected treat coming here, stopped in to try their egg and cheese croissants, they have a great bakery here, so many choices, fresh baked bread, wine, food to go, there is definitely something here for everyone and hands ?? down delicious chocolate chip cannolis! Definitely recommend you get some for there and to take home.“
“All around a pleasant experience! We decided to check the place out on a whim and ordered several treats and schnitzel. Everything was delicious and light on the stomach. The service was delightful, and the atmosphere of the bakery was warm. You can taste the love in the cooking. Don’t skip out on visiting Mama G’s if you’re visiting St. pete. Definitely going to be our favorite bakery in the area from now on.“
“By the looks of it, we didn’t think much of the cafe when we walked in. We noticed the counter was small but filled with fresh pastries. The line was long and the tables were pretty filled but it was a Saturday morning. We got a few items to share & then after we finished, we walked around the museum. We expected more coffee options but the cold brew was good! The pastries were delicious. The only thing that would’ve made them better is if they were slightly warmed. Overall a great experience.“
“I just found this place and I’m so happy. It’s a local bakery and they make exceptional breads and pastries. I am a croissant snob and theirs are outstanding! So are their baguettes and many different sourdough loaves. They are creative and have different twists on traditional baked goods like Croissant Muffins with different sweet or savory fillings. They have a great traditional cafe too.“
“Good choice of crepes... both sweet and savory options... eggs are different... but sure how they're made... maybe with sour cream and thyme? Wetter than typical scrambled eggs... breakfast for the 4 of us was $70, so a bit pricey in my opinion...“
“Had the cococane & it perfect! I liked that it wasn’t overall sweeten. My son enjoyed the Thai Tea with boba. We also order Banh Mi! I am a sucker for fresh baked, so I knew we had to try it. Everything was flavored nicely & the bread was crispy & airy.“
“My mom recommended Craft Kafe to try while we visited St. Pete and glad we came here! My boyfriend and I just got the basic Craft breakfast sandwich and Iced Chai lattes. The breakfast sandwiches are just WOW, bigger than we expected and very yummy. You can't even tell the bread is gluten-free.The only odd thing about the building is where the ladies bathroom is located, which is to the left after you enter past the walk-in cooler (in case anyone might be wondering ?)Wish we had been in town longer to try their amazing variety of pastries!“
“I just happened to be driving in the area and decided to try this place. The donuts tasted incredibly good, the egg sandwich was delicious, the service was friendly and inviting and all items were affordable. I’m going back to try more. Highly recommend!“
“Always busy - for a reason: the food is amazing, the coffee is divine, and service is efficient.Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free. EVERYTHING. Heaven for those of us who have to scour other menus for the one or two items we can eat.“
“The new cinnamon rolls are really good. I mean REALLY good. I am not a sweets person, but I do like an occasional treat every now and then that is not sugary sweet. The cinnamon rolls are sweet, but the sweetness is balanced perfectly with the savory and rich strong butter flavor. The cinnamon taste is not overwhelming. The dough itself is fluffy and layered almost like a croissant. Normal cinnamon roll dough can be thick and tough. It wasn't like that at all. Great treat and perfect recipe! Well done, Cake Affection.“
“The breads just smell amazing when you walk in; the pretzels look American but TAST German; the desserts are great. Just went for the first time Saturday and bought Kasenkuchen und Bienenstich for my Aunt and Uncle on Marco Island, yes, quite a ride for coffee and cake! But they loved it. Said it was best they had since moving to Florida 20 years ago. This will be my go to bakery for rolls and breads.“
“This place is a collection of piled up junk, a bloated menu, and dust balls in every corner...and it's exactly what we want on the Guilf strip. Unlike every other cafe on the road that is drowned out by its muted grays and wannabe Crate and Barrel decor, this place is unique. Though they could use a thorough sweep through to fix things (ie don't sit under the first awning bc it's about to collapse and kill someone) it's an enjoyable place.Skip the sandwich options - there is zero flavor in any of them - but dive into their baked goods. All drinks get a solid thumbs up.Parking is ample but the locals sometimes take spots that they shouldn't so consider walking if you can.Service is hit or miss; sometimes they're nice, other times they're walking zombies. I wish they were more engaged with customers to solidify that local "small business" vibe.Overall, I recommend this cafe over any other on the strip!“
“Black Crow Coffee: A Hidden Gem in St. Petersburg, FloridaNestled within a bustling alley in St. Petersburg, Florida, Black Crow Coffee is a haven for coffee aficionados seeking the perfect cup. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly ground beans, setting the stage for a memorable experience. The café's ambiance is a blend of cozy and inviting, with an eclectic mix of classic rock, modern contemporary, and alternative tunes providing the soundtrack to your visit. “Thank you Laurie for helping make some Christmas memories in our household. Not only was the presentation beautiful but the cookies smelled and tasted delicious too. The kids were excited to see cookies in the box. Even more excited when they realized they could paint them. The edible pallets worked perfect. Afterwards the kids said the cookies smelled and tasted delicious. So many thanks. Merry Christmas.“
“Honestly the fun-est litto shop ever! I love how st Pete has a ton of unique, local vibe coffee shops! This has been a shop I’ve always wanted to go to and finally found the time to check it out!Tried their Salami Pete sandwich on an Asiago with their King State Cold Brew and it was super good! Satisfied my morning hunger for a nice stroll around downtown afterwards.Coworkers were all super friendly. The shop was very spacious with seatings indoors and outdoors with litto gadgets to check out. Their merch selection was very cute! Was so tempted to get this tee that represented st Pete.Parking is street parking and minimal but wasn’t hard to seek for a spot.“
“Picked up these goodies today! All items are gluten free, most are also vegan, and everything is super tasty! I ordered: - Keto buns - Salted chocolate chip cookies - Sourdough loaf (V) - Everything bagel bites (V) - Chocolate cupcake (Vegan except frosting) The owner, Deb is super sweet and professional. Highly recommend!“
“"I'd like a breakfast croissant""Would you like turkey, ham or egg in your breakfast croissant?""Yes.""..." ... "You want turkey, ham AND egg in your breakfast croissant?""Yes."....A little while later..."Here's your triple protein breakfast croissant" ? ? ?It was delicious. The cappuccino was also quite good.“
“Jen and the team at Wandering Whisk made us the most beautiful wedding cake and dessert table! Not only were the desserts delicious and beautifully plated, but Jen was such a pleasure to work with when coordinating all of the details of our cake for our big day. Thank you Jen for your help in making our wedding day unforgettable!“
“COOKIES!!!! Big and Delicious! Unique flavors and something for everyone. If you Love cookies adult or child and want that sophisticated cookie you can serve your friends or just yummy comfort chocolate chip melt in your mouth , Crumbl is where you will find them!“
“Baked in the Burg has great filled brownies and filled chocolate chip cookies. I stop in once a week to satisfy my craving for chocolate. The brownies and cookies are large enough to last a couple days or share, assuming you have the will power to not eat them in one sitting.“
“HaleLifes customer service is amazing! I had stopped by a few weeks back to get a donut and had an awful stomach reaction, which is no one’s fault. I emailed them a few days ago and the Head Chef emailed me back regarding that experience and we have now sent multiple emails back and forth discussing ideas on how to pinpoint what I may have had a reaction to, since I’m typically sensitive to gluten and dairy. Definitely stopping back in to try another product to see if I have a reaction again. Thank you Jackie for all your help! You really have shown your care about your customers and their experiences and try to help out any way you can! I truly appreciate it!“
“Sweet Diva's created a timeless 4 tier wedding cake that was elegant, beautiful and delicious. Christy was a pleasure to worked with and combined a few inspiration photos to come up with the wedding cake my daughter had envisioned. Even though we were unable to arrange a tasting, with guidance, we were able to pick different fillings and flavored cakes for each tier to satisfy all of our guest's taste buds. It was one of the best wedding cakes I ever tasted! It was so good it was a shame it was served last!“
“Picked this spot since they have a variety of different coffee and flavors to choose from!! Customer service was top notch, my friend have mistakenly choose the wrong drink and they fix it with no problem and with a positive attitude!! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for some quick “
“My boyfriend and I purchased a box of 6 macarons from Barbara in Waterside last fall. I've been meaning to write a review ever since, because they are the BEST macarons I've ever had. I'm not usually a big macaron fan as I often find them too sweet and more tasting of sugar than anything else, but that was not the case here. Barbara's macarons were full of their advertised flavor (and there were some creative ones too!), not too sweet, had wonderful texture and were overall just delicious. Again, these were the best macarons I've ever had. We'll be looking for their stall at Waterside again and/or try to stop by when we're in St. Pete. Great job Barbara!“
“Got my son’s 1st birthday cake from here in June 2023 and forgot to leave a review but absolutely stunning and tasty cake! Reasonable prices especially for the detail and great service. Getting another cake this month for another birthday?“
“We chose The Artistic Whisk after it was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator. Set up a cake tasting and were blown away at how delicious each and every flavor was. Our three favorite flavors we ended up going with were Lemon Cream, Hummingbird and Chocolate Strawberry. We found the staff to be efficient and were easy to work with! Our wedding cake exceeded our expectations on both aesthetics and taste. Huge thanks to The Artistic Whisk! Can not recommend them enough!“
“We have been customers of this bakery for years, so we knew we had to order our wedding cake here. Not only did we receive numerous compliments on how delicious it was, but the cake and cookie bars were all vegan, so anyone with allergies could happily indulge.“
“Our curiosity to locate a "beat Bobby Flay" winner took us on scavenger hunt to locate this elusive bakery. Well hidden in an industrial park near the back of a commercial building, it took us a couple of attempts to locate it, but not without a call to ask their whereabouts. Two picnic tables greeted us at the door and the inside counter was small with a few pastries displayed. The baked goods were good. Understand they provide pastries for airport dining. This is not a destination location but if you're looking for something unique, want the notoriety of a food network participant (winner), take a drive through a warehouse park and treat yourself to a Bobby Flay competitor“
“Once you take the food home, you’ll never wonder why the line is so long outside of greens bakery we just picked up a beef stew and there’s not a better place in Tampa Bay to see that quality of food and such reasonable prices. I wish the demand was not so high for his food. He said maybe hit open up more than Thursday either way they got my business every Thursday I’m in Saint Pete.“
“The best bread! We just moved to the area, and this place is legit, restaurant-quality bread. We have tried the baguette, olive bread, parmesan bread, and sourdough...all outstanding. Chewy crust, dense in the middle, homemade with skill and fresh ingredients you won't find at Publix, Fresh Market, or Trader Joe's where the bread is crumbly and full of air. Massimo's shop is the best bread you will find...natural ingredients with unbleached flour and more...check his website for details. Especially if you don't eat a lot of bread, eat this and you will find what's been missing in your life. Fresh, simple, delicious, and a true destination.“
“What a surprising gem my husband and I found on our vacation to St.Pete’s Beach. I just wanted a nice coffee, I’m not usually a fan of chocolate. I got a lovely latte but this was all-together a different experience. I had no idea what I was in for…what an absolute classy treat!First - We were greeted by the staff and owner who were so kind and friendly…great smiles and personalities. We felt very welcomed which makes all the difference. You can be an incredible artist but when you treat others with kindness and respect that makes your brand shine with authentic class. They welcomed us to try their samples and if they hadn’t I don’t know if I would have ever known how amazing their artisan chocolates were. Kindness goes a long way, it adds love to what you do.Second - everything is absolutely beautiful. Stunning art work to look at BUT it’s not just beauty to look at the taste is out of this world! The salted caramel bon-bons were our favorite. All senses shut down and bowed to our taste buds when we bit into these divine art pieces. We couldn’t even talk as we took in the moment, no joke. They are absolutely amazing! There’s an amazing symphony of sweet chocolate notes balanced perfectly with crescendo of savory as you bite into them. The best way to explain these master pieces is with music. If you want the taste of a symphony in your mouth from crescendo to the climax with a smooth decrescendo then you have to try CocoAddiction.Third - We love their branding from the logo to packaging everything is well thought through and done with integrity. My only sad thought is we don’t have them where we live; however, that is the make of a true artist - When you are this good, people will come to you.We wish you all the best of success and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for an all around wonderful experience!“
