We had a great time love eating here
Mercel’s is tucked in a strip mall, unassuming with plenty of parking. It’s a Filipino store with a few tables that you can order food and eat in. Seating was comfortable, the AC worked but somewhat warm inside. Service was really slow because everything was cooked to order. The lumpia seemed store-bought; there was nothing authentic about it, and so was the longganisa. It had a Cajun-like taste, but it was not good at all. For $10, I ate one and threw it out.
