I went to the location on 19 and park and ordered a coffee, the girl was rude and didn’t put cream and sugar in my drink after she asked me. She showed horrible customer service even after she rudely commented something like “Well you just drove away, is that all you wanted?” That was not the case at all.So I brought my drink to this location and they fixed it for me! Thank you DD on 49th! You guys are hands down the best in pinellas county, I’ll definitely be coming...read full review
I come to this Dunkin Donuts daily the staff has always been very friendly and I wish I knew the employee by name that always says we got you Ms then my name, my order is always on point and if I think it is not they will always offer to correct it keep up the great work here

The service of this dunkin' donuts is absolutely exceptional I absolutely adore iced caramel coffee what I can't stand is all the homeless and drug addicts that hang out at the place that frequent the shelters and rehab centers on 49th Street they really need to kick them out and off the property
