“My son told me about Crumbl about 6 months I have never heard about them before and I told my son let's go. Cookies are out of this world ,service is first class even my 8 year old noticed that he said dad why are they so nice so I had to explain to him. “We visited for lunch and were extremely pleased. It has been awhile since we visited but were glad to be seated in their bar area with TV’s but we enjoyed just being outside and under a canopy. Our waiter was great. Their soup is so hearty. Then the Appetizer of rolled smoked salmon was delicious as were the tantalizing Peel ‘n Shrimp. It was a relaxing and very enjoyable lunch.“

“I have been Gluten Free for 5 years now due to an allergy. I was visiting Clearwater this past weekend and wanted some Gluten Free baked goods before going back to Melbourne Florida. HaleLife bakery came up and I am SO glad it did. I got half a dozen donuts, the garlic stuffed rolls, small cookie cake, a brookie and the lemon poppy seed Muffin Top cookie. Everything is to die for. My favorite so far has been the rolls and donuts. The oatmeal cream pie donut and cinnamon toast crunch donut could make a non vegan/Gluten free person cry. 100% recommend!“

“It’s not really a pastry shop. It’s only two small display cases of pastries. I did try their bread pudding and it was very good. It’s more like a small café for breakfast and lunch. Definitely worth trying. But don’t go there expecting huge displays of baked goods, because like I said before, there are only two small display cases. But the bread pudding, I tasted was very good.“

“This wasn't my first choice, I went to the business down the street solely based on stars, to my Surprise, the stars and service didn't match so we left to go here. Living in a place where there were no Filipino restaurants or stores, my experience started off horribly, I'm glad i came here.

Mercels bakery is your typical two in one store / restaurant. Majority of the space was stocked with Filipino favorites such as swan soy sauce, bario fiesta bagaoon, UBE flavored snacks etc. There was a small selection in the bakery window but we opted to skip it and chose to get done UBE wafer sticks. They offered to door services for boxes sent over seas ( which I ended up helping an elderly mother and her daughter struggling unload her two boxes. ) We were greeted by the Filipino grandma who smiled the whole time. I wished she had a grandson or someone else help her carry the food, not that she couldn't handle it.

We ordered Adobong baboy, beef bistek, pinoy spaghetti, diniguan and (3) pork BBQ skewers. Entrees didn't come with rice but they sold it for 1.25 a side. For the avg person, 1 is plentiful, maybe a little more than 2x more for what you'd normally get. Being pinoy, I ordered two for myself. Food came out quick and was even pre-bused periodically. They didn't offer free water but their bottles water and soda wasn't overpriced.

In my providence, the filipino food is cooked more on the sweeter side but food was still good. Family didn't complain one bit about the food and finished everything. Overall I was glad I came here and wasn't disrespected or judged like the owner at tindihans pinoy down the street.“
