That they would just pipe their own, which I was totally fine with. I then asked if they could make the smash cake, look identical to the larger cake. And they did not disappoint. When I went to pick up my order, I wanted to cry from happiness. They cakes were absolutely beautiful. And they found a way to screen print the geese. Many of the dishes are a clever take on Japanese sushi, but with Latin ingredients including pork, plantain, etc.. The result is absolutely delicious. Every bite was a different, delightful mix of flavors that brought huge smiles to our faces. We immediately decided as we finished our meal that we would be retuning again while in Clearwater.“

Everything that we ordered we absolutely loved! We were visiting and we stopped by with 9 kids in total. My son spilled his uncles coffee all over his uncle. The owner came over and said it was alright and cleaned up the mess without hesitation. The owners also gave my brother in law another coffee and avocado toast free of charge, since his had coffee all over it. He wanted to pay and they said it’s on them. “We ate next door at Lucky Dill Deli and had this AMAZING CHEESCAKE . We realized the Brooklyn Bakery had made it. After dinner we decided to purchase more of their delicious and beautiful pastries. We got an Apple Strudel, a chocolate moon pie, and a Cinnamon Pecan pastry. They were are delicious. We took them home with us and warm them the next day and they were so good. I only wish we lived closer to this bakery. The pastries are so Artistic and beautiful and so delicious. Hard to decide. We live on the other side of Florida, but we will be back and these places we will definitely frequent again. Thank you

The citrus dressing was perfect and the lentil soup was also delicious. Looking forward to some homemade bread and chicken salad for lunch tomorrow.
