We are visiting the island and were hoping to find some doughnuts. After striking out on pine street we headed for a drive on longboat key and stumbled up this cute little place! The owner was lovely to talk to and the doughnuts were SO GOOD!! If we were staying another day we would definitely be back for more!! Next trip we will come back by and you definitely should too!! 5 stars!!
Being gluten free it is really hard to find a good donut. This is absolutely the best donut and milkshakes we have ever had. Even my kids loved them. When we found the place, it turned out, it was passed closing, but chef Gary saw us looking and came outside to tell us to come on in. Definitely went out of his way. Not only was the food great but so was the conversation. Thank you Chef Gary!!!
Wonderful experience. We were visiting from Newfoundland and Gary was very kind and friendly. We chatted with him while we had our food and coffee.

Elegant Lady Cheesecake Parlor is a dessert shop on Longboat Key that offers unbelievable donuts, including the turtle donut, and fresh cheesecake. The donuts are super fluffy, flavorful, and delicious, and the coffee and tea are out of the world. Customers say the shop is fun, interesting, and has friendly, outgoing owners with great customer service. The turtle donut and coffee were fabulous. Indoor‑outdoor dining has an upscale, fun casual atmosphere, and parking is good. Prices are the lowest on LBK, and the chef does it all. It is the best dessert place in Longboat Key, and many guests recommend it for celebrations, anniversaries, and everyday treats. Go eat.
