“He was such a HUGE hit at my little girl’s first bday! His katti rolls were the star of the food show!! I am so glad we took a chance on his katti rolls instead of the pizza! We wanted to do something a little different and this was perfect!! We had a mix of Indian and non-Indian as well as vegetarian and non-vegetarian ppl and every single person could not stop singing the praises of the flavor and taste of his katti rolls! She started with a little sandwich shop downtown and opened the Saturday Morning Market to bless the city parks with her delightful creations.He catering will make any event memorable and now started more Organic Meals to go. “My husband and I want to share our experience with Just 1 Taste.We were planning a family gathering we had at Sailport Waterfont Suites during the Thanksgiving holiday and didnt know who to call.We are fairly new to Tampa so we were referred to them by the Office Manager at Sailport, I knew they were the real deal when I reviewed the catering menu, it was AMAZING!!!The food we served was even better than I imagined, so much mid west flavor. We planned months in advance and the owners made it very easy.The presentation was in chafers to keep the food warm, we served a seafood boil, fried fish, brisket, mashed potatoes, collard greens, Peach cobber(so good). “Me and my friend love Rays Vegan Soul! She is a hardcore vegan but I consider myself a baby vegan. This was our second time here and we were not disappointed! I recommend coming earlier in the day so you get first dibs on the food. Last time we came, it was closer to closing and he was out of alot of items. This time we got there about an hour after he opened and he had everything! We will be back fa sho!“
