“What a fun introduction to Chef John LoScalzo and LOKO Cuisine! I recently attended the Taste of Ybor event at Sky Puppy Brewing, a collaboration with Max Herman of Tampa Bay Tours, and John was responsible for bringing the evening’s Ybor flavors to life.
This wasn’t simply catering—it was food that complemented the history and storytelling of the evening. John clearly understands Tampa’s food culture and how food can become part of an experience.
Taste of Ybor was a great collaboration between LOKO Cuisine, Sky Puppy Brewing and Tampa Bay Tours, combining local food, craft beer and Ybor City history in one memorable evening.

“Susan and the team at Catering by Roberts were absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, Susan was so much more than just our caterer—she was an invaluable resource throughout our entire wedding planning process. She took the time to answer questions, guide us through decisions, and even recommended other vendors, which made planning so much less stressful.
One thing we especially appreciated was being able to attend tastings before finalizing our menu. It was incredibly helpful and gave us confidence that we were choosing the perfect options for our wedding. The variety of food available was amazing, and everything we selected was absolutely delicious.
We received countless compliments from our guests about the food all night long. Many people told us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! The quality, presentation, and flavor exceeded our expectations.

“The most beautiful tea service! This is my second year working with The Empress Tea Room for a 100+ attendee event, and it was another exceptional experience. The presentation is beautiful -- an eclectic mix of tea cups, saucers, and glassware. The tea trays are packed with the most delicious finger sandwiches, scones, and fruit. Not to mention, Kim and her team are so friendly, professional, and hard-working. They really bring an event to life. I would highly recommend booking this business for your next event or tea party. I will be giving them a call next year when I host this annual fundraiser again!“

“AMAZING!! Chef Jorge cooked the most wonderful meal for our family last night in celebration of my mother’s birthday. He bought everything fresh the day of, and served us a 7 course dinner. Everything tasted delicious and was exactly to our specifications. It was so nice having the relaxing environment of our home rather than going to a steakhouse. I have small kids so it was wonderful when they got bored to just send them to another room to watch a movie rather than an embarrassing melt down at Ruth Chris etc. also, nice to be able to serve our own wine and not pay inflated restaurant prices! I highly, highly recommend. My parents want him over every week! Thanks Chef Jorge!“

“Amici's did such an amazing job catering my Dad's 90th birthday party at Aston Gardens senior community. Despite having to set up outside in 90+degree weather, they were ready to go when the party started and maintained excellent service throughout the party serving delicious food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for catering in Tampa. Thank you so much for making our event a success!“
