And let me tell you….they went above and beyond! The two women that came to our beach house and prepared our food and helped serve it was just amazing! But let me tell you about their food. The chicken and Korean beef…WOW. My family was raving about the flavors and the toppings for the taco bar. I could not be happier.“

“Hired Chef Roberto for a post wedding lunch for my large family. We had 32 people accept. Chef Roberto patiently worked with me as I changed the menu a few times before I liked what we came up with. He confirmed final count and final invoice a few days before the event. He showed up on time and hustled to have our meal ready as I greeted my guests. I loved that I didn’t have to cook, clean dishes or really do anything. Food was very good and everyone enjoyed the casualness of the street taco buffet. The dessert was a huge hit. Only downside is we have a lot of leftovers.“

“Fresh traditional flavor. Made to order yummy crispy comfort in every bite. We ordered beef empanadas and the sweet dulce de leche and coconut was a delicious dessert empanada. Never had it before and now its a must have😋. We'll done thank you for suggesting it. Highly recommen 🥰“

“Was at the lacrosse event today and I had the opportunity to get a salad, which was exciting enough. I got a sesame chicken salad and let me say , it was one of THE best salads I have had from a restaurant, let alone catering for a HUGE event!! Fresh, tasty, plenty of dressing AND two slices( white and WW) of bread with cinnamon honey butter!! WHAT??? Dang… please open a store in N. FL!!! Two thumbs up!“

“We are vacationing in Anna Maria Island this week.
We were referred to Chef Melissa by the homeowner of our beach house rental.
Chef Melissa has been a perfect 10 out of 10 for us!
First, she was an absolute pleasure to work with in designing the menus for our family. We asked her to cook for two nights this week: Tuesday and tonight, Thursday. The food was perfectly prepared, she left the kitchen in our home spotless and best of all, she’s a delightful and funny person.
We are all stuffed and there are leftovers for tomorrow. She was so sweet to have separate menu selections for our granddaughter. You get what you pay for and if you want the absolute best, call Chef Melissa! I recommend her without hesitation and we will call her again when we return!“
