What a fun introduction to Chef John LoScalzo and LOKO Cuisine! I recently attended the Taste of Ybor event at Sky Puppy Brewing, a collaboration with Max Herman of Tampa Bay Tours, and John was responsible for bringing the evening’s Ybor flavors to life.

This wasn’t simply catering—it was food that complemented the history and storytelling of the evening. John clearly understands Tampa’s food culture and how food can become part of an experience.
