This Dunkin is never consistent. I order basic off the menu a caramel frozen coffee and each time it’s different. One makes it taste like icy milk, one makes it frothy, one makes it with ice chunks. Won’t be returning to this location

Read my reviews...***Second Update: I just went there at 12 o'clock and believe it or not the people on shift were friendly and got the drink ratio correct. Very glad to see these reviews are being taken serious! As mentioned before (below) I will update to 5 stars if this stays this way for my next trip or ***Update: I am updating to three stars bc I've went there a couple of times in the morning and they done pretty good. I will update again to 4 stars if I'm able to go in the afternoon and evening and they do just as good. If they continue to do just as well on both shifts I will update to five stars.***Review This store is HORRIBLE in the afternoon and night the Only Reason I gave it the 2 stars is bc of the early morning crew who does well although they still have issues they are least try. The afternoon crew doesn't care about the job at all their attitude sucks the orders are always wrong and the wait is just as bad. They really need to get help here. I would be willing to advise them of the good and bad cookie if they would like, as I am there almost daily. Sometimes I can't make it.in the morning and although I know I shouldn't even go bc when I do I end up with wrong order and nasty attitudes and it throws off my whole day.
Ordered online to get a free extra coffee. The app is misleading & a little confusing. I was cool until the lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that it states "VERY CLEARLY" in the app.... ". I got a little heated over that because for one, I felt she implied that maybe I was uneducated and secondly, NO MA'AM, you have to read a whole paragraph to understand & reread again!!!! You think it's a buy one get one, but it's really a buy two get one. VERY MISLEADING!
