I've been to this location a few times, and it always seems the people who work here are overwhelmed. Today I I waited at the counter today for a couple of minutes, person behind the counter said "give me a minute". After about 10 more minutes I was asked "what did you order?". I informed her that I had not ordered yet, and she replied that I needed to order at another counter. Well how about you tell me that before I stand in line for 10+ minutes.
