Dunkin' Donuts in Largo

“I went in for a quick breakfast the day before Christmas. I was in a bit of a hurry because as usual I was running late. Sara Rohrbough noticed I was stressing so she went out of her way to make me smile. She asked me if I would like to try one of her fresh from the oven Christmas delights with a big grin on her face. Even though she was very busy, and she appeared to be helping manage the restaurant, she took time to recommend a Santa treat-I took 2 of course with a fresh cup of coffee. I am old school and they have the BEST coffee anywhere so just hot and black and quick as can be I was on my way to work feeling much better about my morning already.
Her wonderful attitude with the amazing hand made Santa Donuts with coffee changed the attitude of my morning.
It's awesome to see someone, and the whole team was following in her lead, take such pride and happiness in their work. And when dealing with grumpy old men like me, a smile and a donut is just what the dr ordered.
Ill be back next I'm in town Ms Sara and Dunkin team. Your higher ups must be very happy with the performance of your restaurant.

“I just saw the most amazing thing! A crew member put a cup under a cold brew tap and pulled down the handle. Cold brew coffee began pouring into the cup. Then she walked away to do something else. Another crew member finished handing an order out the window, turned around, and walked right up to the cold brew bar. The cup was about 80% full. He stirred the ice in the cup as it filled to the brim and turned off the tap at the right moment. It all happened so smoothly, it was like the team could read each other's thoughts. I am very impressed!“

“Sue is fantastic! She always remembers my name and what I usually order. Whenever I have used points to try something new in the past that I didn'tquite like, we worked together to tweak it a little so it's more to my liking. I appreciate her commitment to excellent customer service.“

“I love Dunkin Donuts and this was my first time at this location. I was greeted with a welcoming warm genuine smile by the young lady. The sandwich, coffee and pastry were all delicious!
The cook came from the back to hand deliver the sandwich with a smile because the staff was busy with the sudden surge in drive through customers. The entire staff was kind and courteous with all the other customers as well, and everything including the ladies room were clean

“I initially had a problem with the way my drink was made, usually I just deal with it but today was a day. I explained my issue to a younger man, tall with dark hair. He was super kind, great customer service and manners! You just don’t get that anymore. So please pass along he’s doing a great job. 👏🏻 12/8/24 about 7:45pm was about the time I was there.“
