Dunkin' Donuts in Tampa

“I've been coming to this Dunkin' for about two years now, and it's definitely earned a 5-star review. The staff here are always so friendly, and Raven is especially sweet and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile, and every now and then they'll toss in a few extra Munchkins, which is always a great start to my day. Service can be a little slow during the morning rush, but I've never waited more than a few minutes. Getting in and out of the location can be a bit tricky, but if you're looking for friendly service, this is the place.“

“This Dunkin location was AWESOME! I visit this location often because they are on my way to work. Every visit has been consistent. They are friendly, my order is always correct and the past two mornings (4/15 & 4/16) the same person has been at the drive thru window and she remembered my extra request before I even asked. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I wanted to give a special shout out for remembering the ketchup! Not every location is spot on, but this one definitely is! Great job everyone!!“

“The lady that took my order was very cheerful and happy greeted me so sweet not something u see at 8am😅. The lady’s preparing my food were fast only thing I recommend is putting na sign or something at the end of the drive through to pull off because if it was a car not paying attention an went straight that curb would mess some one’s car up god thing I was in a truck“

“My wife loves the food and drinks, I am tired of having my card out and instead of just taking the card and scanning it they give me the scanner asking for a tip. It took you 30 seconds to get my food reading, I'm not tipping 20%. I could throw in a dollar, but the scanner doesn't have that option. If I don't exit my vehicle, a tip shouldn't even be an option.“

“I absolutely love the culture, management, and team at this location. Every time I visit, the staff genuinely seem to enjoy being there, and that positive atmosphere is noticeable.

Recently, the store manager went above and beyond to help me locate a lost receipt I needed for work. They took the time to search for it and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. It’s those small acts of kindness and personal connections that make such a big difference.

“I got my favorite 🍩, Blueberry Cake Glazed. Strong blueberry flavor and fluffy. So fluffy, they fell apart in the bag and were pieces of donut(see pic) when I took them out. They are good in a pinch but Dunkin Donuts has never been the best donut place. It hits the spot if you have a craving and it's nearby to you, plus it has a lot of other things like a Swiss Army Knife of donut shops. 🥪, ☕️, etc.

FYI - my order was $30+ because I bought a 32oz DD tumbler with a ☕️ for my brother who is in the hospital nearby. Not because DD is that expensive. LOL“

“I’ve been coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years as it’s right down the street but in the last few months, something has changed and it has been exceptionally great service. Every time I come through the drive-through, the women are extremely friendly, today I went inside and everyone was just so nice and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to Other fast food Chains and even restaurants with servers. Very sweet all of them today so I just wanted to give the staff a little shout out. Alex, Iris, Jermaine, Jomil, and Ricky were are so friendly and helpful. “I ordered inside at this place and The black lady here was running the show on her own and she was actually good. Grabbing the donuts with paper and refreshing the black coffee on my order. So i guess skip the drivethru and go inside for better communication“

“Was a little disappointed that they wouldn't let me in to look at the premium options because I showed up too early, but the person servicing the drive through was very nice and personable. The doughnuts tasted fresh and great, at least for Dunkin. Of course you'll never get the fresh out of the fryer texture, but still solid.“

“I always grab Dunkin coffees on Wednesday and Thursdays and Mo always greets me with a smile and sometimes gives me a good laugh in the morning. Today there was another employee with Mo , didn’t catch her name, she was also very friendly and sweet. Great atmosphere to interact with in the mornings!!! 😊“

“I came in Saturday may 2 around the afternoon noon. The two employees that help me were very polite and friendly. The cashier was very joyful and made my coffee perfectly. Props to them. I’ve always had a good experience going to this dunkin, but those two really put a smile on my face. Thank you“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Dunkin’ deserves one! Every morning they’re incredibly busy, yet they somehow keep the drive-thru moving so quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire team works so well together, you can tell they have great communication and genuinely care about doing a good job.

My order is always fresh, made correctly, and ready faster than I expect. I also want to give a special shoutout to Aleshia! She was so kind and went out of her way to let me know that if I ordered my drink as a medium, it would qualify for the $6 meal deal and save me a few dollars. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but it shows how much she cares about her customers.

“This Dunkin location is inside the 7-Eleven. I gave it a rating of four just because the customer service wasn’t the best meaning they saw me waiting and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. They just kept going about their business for about five minutes before I got served. The gentleman did say they were understaffed but I still thought they could’ve addressed me before I waited that time. But the atmosphere was fine it’s inside of a 7-Eleven and the donut that we purchased was a fruit punch, flavored doughnut and it was actually pretty good. It tasted it freah so no complaints there.“

“Only problem with Dunkin donuts if you find one that knows how to make your drink stick with it because there's no consistency I drink the large Frozen with whipped cream and some people make it too strong some people make it just right“

“There was only one employee working and I would be giving 1 star but he was excellent, he was taking counter orders and mobil orders at the window with out missing a beat. I thought I was going to be stuck there for 30 minutes but he help 10 people in under 4 minutes. Absolutely wonderful. He also allowed me to buy the last eagle cup they had. Really went above and beyond. If he ends up leaving then this will change to a 1 star.“

“Good experience, but could be better. We were looking for a good place to sit down and have breakfast. The place we had in mind didn’t work out. We came across this Dunkin’ restaurant and we wanted to get something for breakfast before heading to Busch Gardens. The tots were really greasy and the croissant sandwiches were over toasted. On the other hand the donut holes were great. There are a few tables if you want to dine there and a drive thru. And lots of free parking.“

“This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same“

“We had the pleasure of having Crystal help us. I must say each and every time we come to this location at Crystal is working we are helped promptly at the drive thru window and wait no more than a minute to receive our drink order. You can definitely tell a difference in service when she is working.“
