“This Dunkin location was AWESOME! I visit this location often because they are on my way to work. Every visit has been consistent. They are friendly, my order is always correct and the past two mornings (4/15 & 4/16) the same person has been at the drive thru window and she remembered my extra request before I even asked. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I wanted to give a special shout out for remembering the ketchup! Not every location is spot on, but this one definitely is! Great job everyone!!“

“Everyone worked like Pros and the ladies at the front were so quick as well. We got gas and coffee and food and they all were on it. Even with our bougie order hahaha they made it happen and we loved the experience! Ps the coffee was made so well and delicious 😋“

“best dunkin ever! i just recently moved to the area, and my past dunkin had service i wasnt sure could be matched. but they have exceeded my expectations and then some! yvonne has such great energy and brightens my day everyday, and bonus points because she pronounces my name correctly! coming here is genuinely a highlight of my day, because even when yvonne isnt there, everyone else is so kind and personable! my drinks are always SO good and consistent too, which was an issue ive seen other dunkins have.“

“I’ve been coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years as it’s right down the street but in the last few months, something has changed and it has been exceptionally great service. Every time I come through the drive-through, the women are extremely friendly, today I went inside and everyone was just so nice and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to Other fast food Chains and even restaurants with servers. Very sweet all of them today so I just wanted to give the staff a little shout out. Alex, Iris, Jermaine, Jomil, and Ricky were are so friendly and helpful. The cashier on 3/27 at the Dunkin’ Donut side of the shop was a little rude. Teqla 922852 - needs to greet customers and smile because; it is not mandatory for people to shop there.“

“I love this Dunkin donuts as it seems out of all the locations I've gone to this tiny Dunkin location seems to have the best staff that are very friendly and helpful,and their drinks, coffees,lattes,cold brews,frozen drinks always taste the best to me,lol! “I literally love all the morning staff at this Dunkin! Always so kind and efficient even during the biggest rushes.
I do wish the inventory was a little more consistent, seems like they run out of some of the same things a lot.
Other than that, staff is friendly, my coffee is always good, and I usually get in and out fast.“

“I always grab Dunkin coffees on Wednesday and Thursdays and Mo always greets me with a smile and sometimes gives me a good laugh in the morning. Today there was another employee with Mo , didn’t catch her name, she was also very friendly and sweet. Great atmosphere to interact with in the mornings!!! 😊“

“You know, I love Duncan and this place is a great place to go and get my usual favorites. The parking lot is a bit chaotic because there are a lot of stores and trying to figure out which entry is theirs can be a little daunting and it is a busy area so you do have to navigate all the cars and sometimes people walking through the parking lot but it’s a good spot as far as location goes. It’s pretty convenient. It’s on a main road and a lot of people use so chances are it’ll be on your way to something when I’m running my errands and stuff like that so I do recommend this location. The staff has always been cool and the food has been what I usually expect so no complaints for this location.“

“I got my favorite 🍩, Blueberry Cake Glazed. Strong blueberry flavor and fluffy. So fluffy, they fell apart in the bag and were pieces of donut(see pic) when I took them out. They are good in a pinch but Dunkin Donuts has never been the best donut place. It hits the spot if you have a craving and it's nearby to you, plus it has a lot of other things like a Swiss Army Knife of donut shops. 🥪, ☕️, etc.

FYI - my order was $30+ because I bought a 32oz DD tumbler with a ☕️ for my brother who is in the hospital nearby. Not because DD is that expensive. LOL“

“I went by yesterday 3/11/2026, around 3:30 PM. Blonde lady I forgot got her name. But she has amazing customer service and makes sure everything is run smooth. She definitely deserves recognition. Food there and the coffees are always good compared to Dunkin’s that are by my house 1 hr away“

“I came in Saturday may 2 around the afternoon noon. The two employees that help me were very polite and friendly. The cashier was very joyful and made my coffee perfectly. Props to them. I’ve always had a good experience going to this dunkin, but those two really put a smile on my face. Thank you“

“This Dunkin is absolutely stellar! Today, I came in around 5am. The ladies in the store were very kind and professional ! They put together my order pretty fast. The lobby was pretty clean and seeing the bathroom clean in a dunkin is really rare.

“Went through the drive-thru got my two items the worker at the speaker was courteous and very understanding and repeated my order no attitude or anything just a pleasant person at the window and at the speakerphone. My meal was warm done the way that I wanted it and handed over with a smile.

“Good experience, but could be better. We were looking for a good place to sit down and have breakfast. The place we had in mind didn’t work out. We came across this Dunkin’ restaurant and we wanted to get something for breakfast before heading to Busch Gardens. The tots were really greasy and the croissant sandwiches were over toasted. On the other hand the donut holes were great. There are a few tables if you want to dine there and a drive thru. And lots of free parking.“

“This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same“

“We had the pleasure of having Crystal help us. I must say each and every time we come to this location at Crystal is working we are helped promptly at the drive thru window and wait no more than a minute to receive our drink order. You can definitely tell a difference in service when she is working.“
