When I walked into the store, you could tell they were a little overwhelmed. I am a very patient person because I also work in customer service and I know things can get a little hectic. There was one customer at the counter waiting to order so I stood behind him. An employee then advised us to use the kiosk if we were paying by card. I'm not a fan of kiosk's so I continued to wait at the counter and the customer before me went to the kiosk. After standing there for 5 minutes....read full review
This is my favorite location for coffee. The 24h location on Kennedy is always terrible but here the ladies are friendly and laughing with customers and it's just great. I usually have to wait in the parking lot for them to open and I'm at that speaker waiting so I can get to work on time. Never once anything but super friendly smiles.
