We came to this dunkin donuts to get breakfast. When we got up to the window after ordering right before we paid we asked if we could add a cup of water to our order. The lady said no... then we asked why. She pretty much said that they aren't allowed to do that once you already completed the order. this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They have gotten my drink right Probably one time. Not only do they get my drink wrong most the time I don’t say anything and that’s my fault but the one time I did say some thing and I said this is a regular occurrence they wanted to argue with me. Even the manager was arguing with me at one point. Avoid this location at all costs! I'm unsure how this business is allowed to stay open. Based off some of the other reviews I've read and my absolutely horrible experience today, you've been warned to just go to another location because this one is a joke. The employee refused to acknowledge me after standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. She walked by me many times as she slowly got the orders ready for the drive thru.
