I Ordered a large vanilla iced latte. The drink I received had ice to the very top, so much ice that I couldnt get my straw into the cup. The ice took up so much room that barely any liquid fit in the cup. On top of that they didn't add the vanilla flavor. So I paid 6 dollars for a cup of ice with a little bit of bland coffe in it.
I had a great interaction with Mercedes today she made my coffee fantastic and with a rapid response absolutely great customer service 10/10
