My wife loves the food and drinks, I am tired of having my card out and instead of just taking the card and scanning it they give me the scanner asking for a tip. It took you 30 seconds to get my food reading, I'm not tipping 20%. I could throw in a dollar, but the scanner doesn't have that option. If I don't exit my vehicle, a tip shouldn't even be an option.
Jay was super helpful, very cool, dude. Talk to me like I was a real person. I appreciate that and the coffee's not bad. 🙂
Younger generation can learn a thing or two from Clay and his customer service skills... sometimes the only thing that can set you apart is the effort you put into taking care of your people which is obviously something clay has learned a long time ago, thanks my man!
