Expect to wait. Poor customer service, slow and doesn’t flow. Employees are sloppy and always flustered or even fighting with each other. They often get orders incorrect but it’s not worth asking them to fix it.
I want to enjoy this location and have returned so many times after taking a few months off but virtually every time, I leave disappointed and feeling like I wasted my money.The drinks are rarely consistent or made properly— I’ve had spoiled milk taste coffee, water coffee, or coffee with FAR more sweetener than I could stomach.Beyond this, the wait time is nearly always incredibly long regardless what time I go.I understand they are likely understaffed AND it is a reason...read full review
