The best staff and service of all Tampa DDs!
Service is terrible. I was waiting at the counter while one server sat at a table and watched me then walked to the back. Another server came out from the back, saw me, acknowledged me then promptly swept the entire area before coming over and sullenly asking what I wanted . A terrible experience!! I waited almost 5 min to get a muffin
This Dunkin location is inside the 7-Eleven. I gave it a rating of four just because the customer service wasn’t the best meaning they saw me waiting and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. They just kept going about their business for about five minutes before I got served. The gentleman did say they were understaffed but I still thought they could’ve addressed me before I waited that time.
