I went through the drive through earlier today at around 4:30-5:00 pm and i wish i would have gotten the employees name as our service was absolutely terrible. i was greeted in the drive through and asked if i could look at the menu for just a second. all i got back was silence on the other end which felt rude but i figured maybe she was just busy. then, i politely asked if i could ask a question. the employee very rudely said “give me a minute and i’ll take your order.” at this point i was annoyed. i waited a couple minutes and finally she took my order, but was very snappy, didn’t listen very well so kept getting it wrong, and then rudely told me my total and that was it. when i got to the window, i was not greeted in any way, and when the coffees were finally ready, she held them out of the window at me without saying two words to me. i had no clue she was there staring at me rudely until my boyfriend told me to turn around bc she was staring at me with her hand out the window. She forcefully handed me the drinks, and then immediately slammed the window shut and LOCKING it. i was appalled at the customer service and i hope this employee can be reprimanded appropriately. i have always made a point to be kind to fast food workers since i remember how frustrating the job can be, but there was no excuse for this kind of behavior.Apart from this, the coffees were made well.

I went with my 10 year old daughter who speaks perfect English but like any girl her tone of voice is low. The annoying girl who attends with glasses and blonde, the treatment was very bad. In view of that, I tried with my bad English to ask her for the donuts that we hurt and she sighed. a report because he did not speak to him in English, making very bad gestures, I immediately left the store telling him that his face was terrible…. I will never shop there again. That girl's service is terrible. She treated my daughter very badly, potentially putting the Dunkin chain in serious trouble. She was simply racist towards the Hispanic community! God awful wait time in the drive through. Three cars, the lady in front of me ordered an iced coffee.I placed an online order for pickup and I’ve been waiting for 22 minutes and it doesn’t look like I’m getting my order anytime soon

Maybe the staff was having a rough morning. I placed my order at the drive through. I received my breakfast order but was not given or asked for my receipt. When I checked my order I noticed they gave me the wrong order. I went in and asked for a refund and was not given a full refund without my receipt. I had a similar situation at Mc Donald’s. DD you just lost a customer.

I placed an order on the app, I get to the location the employee was nowhere to be found , I greet her when she comes in she doesn't say anything and then I get my drink and it was missing the whipped cream, caramel and drizzle, I guess I was bothering her so I just left at that point it just wasn't worth it.
This Morning at 6 am I stopped by (went through the Drive Thru) I ordered three dozen assorted donuts and 50 assorted munchkins! I just wanted to thank the team this morning. I drive out of my way to come to this dunkin because the team is SO nice, so friendly every time I do this… which is like once a month! Thank you guys for all that you do. I am buying for my team at First Watch in Westshore and we really appreciate you guys!

I ordered an iced cappuccino and they handed me a white drink with ice in it. I asked if it even had coffee in it and they said yes. I drove off, tasted it and it literally tastes like milk. So I turn back and they said they would make me another. Which, looked exactly the same. I even GOOGLED a picture of what an iced cappuccino looks likee and they continued to argue with me that "the guy that made it before must have given you a double" or "that picture says it has vanilla flavor added" like, what? So, even though I have gotten this drink for the last 10 years, not only in different Dunkin donuts, but different states, AND that I googled multiple picture...I MUST be wrong and have no idea what I'm talking about. You've lost my service there and I hope they get some reeducation on how to make drinks.
