“My son and I went through the drive thru and had the nicest lady take care of us! She gave us a “pup cup” for our doggie, which I wasn’t expecting and just went above and beyond! She had a huge smile and really made our day! I don’t know her name, but we will go out of our way to come back to this Dunkin from now on if possible.“
“Last week I came to get two hot caramel lattes, my absolute favorite drink at Dunkin. I get it all the time at this location.When I ordered last week the taste was not the same. I called the manager when I got to work, and she told me to come back in and get them remade for free. I really appreciated her gesture, and I just stopped by to take her up on her offer. The assistant manager personally came out to my car to hand me my drinks. She was so friendly and apologized and appreciated me giving them a second chance ☕️?“

“Yesterday was NOT a good experience with DunkinThey were busy, I acknowledgethat, To not tell a customer that an iced coffee was watered down from the already melted ice, or that their hot chocolate was luke warm at best... I get it. But to substitute one donut for another when clearly you're out of just about everything... WTH?? Order blueberry glazed and get strawberry icing with sprinkles?? That's not cool... Or maybe at least SAY SOMETHING... Like, "I'm sorry we're out of that, would you like something else?". I thought they gave me the wrong ones, went inside to correct it, and was told that's what they did. No apology then either... No offers to exchange it for something else... Just basically "it is what it is, be glad you got anything at all" C'mon Dunkin... Do better.“
